Lines may look long but move quickly. I have had good experiences both using the app and curbside checkin and the drive-through service, and on the rare occasions I eat inside, the service is friendly, and the place is clean.

As always, no matter what state you're in, Chick-fil-A is awesome. Very efficient, very friendly, very fast. The waiting area is a little cramped, should you decide to go inside for a to-go order.

Stopped here for some drive thru lunch. Even with long lines, this place knows how to keep the line moving and the food delivered quickly. And service is always second to none!
This is the worst chick fila I’ve been to. The food is dry and things were harder the a rock. Practically broke a tooth on the bacon. The drive thru window was a madhouse and no one knew what they were doing. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt being as I know how bad it get from working there. But the manager looked like she wanted to give up and wasn’t running anything. We paid extra for things we never got. I’ve never had a bad experience till today. It makes me sad to even put a one star.
