Chicken Salad Chick

Bad experience. The worst part of it is how they handle their mistakes. Pretty much say, so what!! I didn't get silverware and was charged almost $3.00 for tap water. I called back and was NEVER told I am sorry or come back for your money, they don't charge for water. Just said , ok. Goodbye . I am in a business that asks me everyday for a good place to eat. I USED TO recommend Chicken Salad Chick. But won't be doing that anymore.

I called ahead with a few questions and special requests for my order. I spoke with Erich (manager) and he was so helpful, understanding of the situation, and extremely accommodating. I appreciate him so much!!!! He was just as helpful in-store from the moment I walked in! The restaurant was cute and clean, which I enjoyed taking note of while waiting for my order. I got Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, The Dixie Chick, and Olivia’s Old South. All were delicious! I definitely will be going back! Thank you again to Erich!!!!

This is the cutest place. Food was delicious. If you are a chicken salad fan, this is a must try.

The Fruity Franny is my absolute favorite!

The food is good, that’s why the place is always busy (lunch). Look at and read a menu before going to the counter. Each dish described online or on the menu board. I felt a little rushed, not by staff, but by customers waiting for lunch. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt.

Great food and atmosphere just a bit pricey is all.

I love it! Olivia's is very good, the place is spotlessly clean. You get a cookie with your order. I shall return! Staff's polite, quick service.

I love eating here. The combo meals are very filling. The grape salad is amazing. On veterans day they give u a free combo meal. Love their coupon book u get for 5.00.
