Chicken Salad Chick

Ordered 2 sandwiches
1 white bread no toast.
1 wheat bread toasted.
Both sandwiches came toasted on wheat and were burnt.
Won't be back got it to go.
I normally do not give detailed reviews, but when the bread is wrong and burnt. Not happy.
My wife went back to the restaurant
They offered to make my food again and gave her a refund did not get the food again just took the refund thanks for that.

Today I came into chicken salad chick
I witnessed a young man fulfilling orders for another customer and another gentleman casually leaning against a door frame.
I was not welcomed in and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. A couple gentlemen came in after me and the man that was casually leaning against the door frame promptly greeted them.
It wasn't until the first gentleman was almost done helping his original customer that the gentleman that ignored me decided to snap his fingers at him and demand he see what I needed.

Bad experience. The worst part of it is how they handle their mistakes. Pretty much say, so what!! I didn't get silverware and was charged almost $3.00 for tap water. I called back and was NEVER told I am sorry or come back for your money, they don't charge for water. Just said , ok. Goodbye . I am in a business that asks me everyday for a good place to eat. I USED TO recommend Chicken Salad Chick. But won't be doing that anymore.

I called ahead with a few questions and special requests for my order. I spoke with Erich (manager) and he was so helpful, understanding of the situation, and extremely accommodating. I appreciate him so much!!!! He was just as helpful in-store from the moment I walked in! The restaurant was cute and clean, which I enjoyed taking note of while waiting for my order. I got Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, The Dixie Chick, and Olivia’s Old South. All were delicious! I definitely will be going back! Thank you again to Erich!!!!

This is the cutest place. Food was delicious. If you are a chicken salad fan, this is a must try.
