Today I came into chicken salad chick
I witnessed a young man fulfilling orders for another customer and another gentleman casually leaning against a door frame.
I was not welcomed in and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. A couple gentlemen came in after me and the man that was casually leaning against the door frame promptly greeted them.

I called ahead with a few questions and special requests for my order. I spoke with Erich (manager) and he was so helpful, understanding of the situation, and extremely accommodating. I appreciate him so much!!!! He was just as helpful in-store from the moment I walked in! The restaurant was cute and clean, which I enjoyed taking note of while waiting for my order. The food is good, that’s why the place is always busy (lunch). Look at and read a menu before going to the counter. Each dish described online or on the menu board. I felt a little rushed, not by staff, but by customers waiting for lunch. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt.
