This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this Chongs. I ordered the orange chicken and it clearly states on the menu that it is chicken breast but every single piece was thigh meat. I refused to eat it. The food was cold, the egg rolls were soggy in grease and mainly outer wrapping. I usually love eating here but I will rethink this option in the future. We spent $60 for cold, lies and unappetizing food. I'm a very upset customer 😡

Chongs is the only place I care for any Chinese it's the best they are way better than panda express and any buffet anyway of the week. The egg rolls pressed chicken fried rice and sweet n sour chicken 🤌 delicioso there's a reason why it's been a staple in paducah and miss ruby is my favorite person ever love me some her🥰

Ordered shrimp lo mein noodles and shrimp fried rice. Both extremely bland, plain! Tasted absolutely horrible! The shrimp was not only extremely bland, it was so dry I could barely chew it! Chongs you need to season your food better!

Perfect!! Everything I ordered was in the bags. Did not have to ask for anything. Packed like an expert. Bowls of soup in a large lided container to not spill. Sauces were with each item ordered. Steaming hot even after getting home with order. Woman in drive through pick up was super nice and absolutely beautiful!!! Restoring my faith in take out dining!!!!!

The Lone Oak Chong’s has the best Asian cuisine in Paducah! This is a drive-thru only restaurant, but you can order at the window and park in front of their store for them to bring your order out to your car. It is also a better price from their competitor! I highly recommend the broccoli and mushroom dish, as well as vegetable chow mein, and spring rolls.
