I have been here 3 times. The first time was good. The second time quality of food went down. This time I just give up. On my lunch break hungry as hell and get some super dry rice. Took 3 bites and can’t eat it. Damn still

I usually get extra egg rolls and pu pu platter and crab rangoons and lately the food is undercooked and impossible to eat. Crab rangoons are most cream cheese I don't even taste the crab at all I don't recommend Chong's at all

It has been a while since we have been to Chong's since we usually go out of town for Chinese food. However, we were craving it and went for dinner. There were lots of people in and out picking up to-go orders, but it wasn't very busy for a Friday night at 7pm. We got the crab rangoon, Lemon chicken, and general tso's chicken. It seems like it was all a bit different than we remember it, but then again we haven't been in years. It was definitely more food than either of us could eat. We will continue to go out of town for Chinese food, but will definitely come back if there is a spare of the moment Chinese food craving happening!
I've grown up in this area, and grown up eating at Chong's Restaurant at various locations in Paducah. They set the standard for Chinese food in my opinion! I'm reluctant to eat at Chinese restaurants in other towns because they are never as good as Chong's! The food is fantastic. We eat there often. It's not cheap though. But nothing is, anymore.

We absolutely love Chang's, and had an enjoyable time. My all time favorite is the Sesame, and was not disappointed. Egg rolls are always at the top of my list. Great service as well!!

I have ate here every since i was a little girll! Always had good food the last few times i have went my fried rice has been burnt and tonight my press chicken i couldnt even eat! They tried to say the fried rice had no salt so had no flavor! No it was burnt u could smell it as well as taste it! I have ate press chicken for as long as i can remember and i have never tasted press chicken like that! Even people around was saying their fried rice tasted burnt! Most usually i dont complain but when your paying that much for your meal and you cant even eat it and all they say is i give u a free drink! Instead of having cooks taste as a manger you should have tasted for yourself! Dont think i will be back

Sometimes it takes some time to get your food, but that's because they have so many people eating there. Let me tell you I'm not a big Chinese food guy, but let tell you it was the best I've ever had. LOVED IT!

Go here if you wanna see roaches crawling across your table.
I would not recommend this place if you want delicious oriental food. Their so-called fried wontons are just wonton chips. When we inquired about them, the waitress said they could never get the meat right. So they just do chips. The other food we ordered was not tasteful . I will not be returning.
