My granddaughter has all of her birthdays here. There were several games that were broke but no sign on them. When I told the lady at the counter, she acted like it was an inconvenience. Then I videoed my granddaughter playing a ball game and it didn’t add her 1,000 points on her card. The same lady at the counter acted like it was coming out of her pocket.

The food was great and the girl who helped Chuck E for my granddaughters birthday was great!!! And the girl checking us in at the gate was so nice.

We went on Xmas eve so it was mostly empty which is great if you don't like all of the crowds.

Such a great location to take a school group for a field trip - [warning: pizza slices (2) are very small for the kids though, but unlimited playing for over an hour overshadows that]

Kids love it here. Too bad it's not a little bigger. Great for parties and a fun family dinner.

We had my sons 2nd birthday party here. The staff helped throughout the party & was very nice. Definitely a lot of kids. Have to be mindful & watchful. Would definitely go back for another birthday party.

I think they need more things for kids to do.

Paid 19dollars for a medium pizza then noticed they have roaches. This issue really need to be handled..

They are short staffed and you have to ask them to open the trampoline and they just sat on their phones and didn't watch the kids, and one employee had a short attitude acted irritated at having to run the trampoline.

,we had a layover for a few hours and they was so accommodating to us. The mall right behind them would not let us park there for a few hours just to rest a little bit. Yall was amazing

Kids love it but man, it was a nightmare for us adults. I love kids and doing fun things with my grandkids but it was quite overwhelming

Invited to a birthday party here. The tables are set up in the back with cups and curly straws which the kids loved. The interactive floor mat kept my littlest one busy. And the older kids too! I want to add there is a person at the door who sees anyone coming and going which makes it feel a bit safer. Kids are gonna run around in there like wild animals so it was nice to know someone can watch the door for any escape artists. Everything was well timed at the party. There is a big screen behind the tables that explain the next events. Chuck-E-Cheese came out and they sang Happy Birthday to all the kids. The party isn't private. There are multiple kids parties at once and you get one long table but there was plenty of seating. Pizza was pretty tasty. The kids were happy with it. The arcade is fun! They gave us key card with a wrist loopy so that made things quick and easy for the kids. Everyone of all ages were playing the games and chasing around their littles. It was a crowded but no wait for games really. Find an empty one and play! At the end of the party you cash in your points for little toys and all the kiddos were happy when we left! Thanks Chuck!
