I guess this place has changed since I first went to a Stone Cold Creamery in Houston in the 2010s. The portions used to be huge and you’d get a waffle cone by default. Now, you’re going to pay nearly $10 for the tiniest serving size in a cup.

**DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!** Rude manager fired an employee for not being able to come in and cussed out a MINOR over the phone. Employees are notoriously racist and discriminatory. Hostile environment and terrible service, do NOT waste your money here.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Store and bathrooms were clean. Disappointed with the ice cream. My wife’s Oreo was too soft for a cone and had more of the cream vs. cookie. I had the chocolate and it was okay.

We came at 8:15 on a Sunday night. The 2 girls manning the front were amazing. They were working as hard and as fast as they could while more and more people kept pouring in. There was a third girl who was working and she had been told to go home by the manager while the place had a line out the door. The two up front were exhausted and overwhelmed. When I asked where their manager was I, was told she was on vacation but made the call to cut staff when they were so clearly overwhelmed and doing the best they could. They ran out of several items and when I tried to pay with cash, the drawer popped and there was no change because the safe was broke. It’s a holiday weekend. I used to run/manage this place under the previous owners and I’m so sad to see that the care of the workers, the ones that make this place run when its owners and managers are off lack the consideration that on Labor Day weekend, when it’s hot and people will want a cold treat, the place is left with a skeleton crew and cutting staff seemed to be a great idea. That’s not fair. They were wonderful and they were struggling. And kept going. Rethink your managing skills some.
This is to the prior post of Briona Harris. As the owner , i'm sorry if you felt disrespected , but you and you friend were greeted when you came into our store. You and your friend were not at the counter to be waited on , you were at the back of the lobby looking at menu options while laughing and having a good time. The other lady was ready with her order , so we took her order. Then one of you went to the restroom , then left without ordering anything. Sorry for the misunderstanding , but just felt we needed to add our side. Thank you.

Very hostile atmosphere on arrival! Frowned when she saw 2 black women entering the building and allowed someone to cut in line and greeted them, even though they came after us! I wouldn’t wish that on anyone to feel disrespected as such. I believe the woman at the front was the owners wife! My personal advice, do better at representing your business

Any grocery store bought butter pecan ice cream will never compare to this place!!!! The dark chocolate was pretty good and I took a bite of my husband's double chocolate caramel something was awesome!!!

2 people were working this afternoon. One girl named Millie and some other girl that clearly did not want to be there.For about 20 minutes there was a continuous line of 6-8 people and Millie was the only one willing to help customers. The other girl kept coming up front and telling the other girl all the stuff she was supposedly doing in the back so everyone knew why she couldn’t wait on customers.We were going to leave Millie a $10 tip but was told tips have to be split so did not want the other girl to get half of it. Mille your work ethic will take you far. Keep up the good work.
