2 people were working this afternoon. One girl named Millie and some other girl that clearly did not want to be there.For about 20 minutes there was a continuous line of 6-8 people and Millie was the only one willing to help customers. The other girl kept coming up front and telling the other girl all the stuff she was supposedly doing in the back so everyone knew why she couldn’t wait on customers.We were going to leave Millie a $10 tip but was told tips have to be split so did not want the other girl to get half of it. Mille your work ethic will take you far. Keep up the good work.

A mighty treat as always!Dietary restrictions: I love Vanilla Lite for low sugar and Silk Chocolate for non dairy both are tasty. I hope they get more nut based frozen treats.

I stopped in here a couple of days ago with my boyfriend, and his cousins, as a treat for them in the heat. We received excellent service from 2 young girls, as well as delicious ice cream, that we all enjoyed. Keep up the great work, we will be back.

A very welcoming and patient staff serving excellent ice cream in an unfortunately less than spotless environment.I get it... Families come in for ice cream. Junior can't help but make a mess. But send someone around to wipe down the tables.

The icecream is delicious but I waited for a very long time in line with only 2 people out serving. On a Saturday. Anybody who has or does work in the food industry knows you need more than 2 people on a Saturday. The workers were very nice and apologized but the line just kept getting bigger with the same amount of workers. I don't know if they are just understaffed or if this is a problem with management but something needs to change.
First time going there. They had icecream cakes and several different flavors and toppings. Very friendly service

We just ordered from here tonight and it was awful. As soon as we asked to order the girl said "really?" And sighed then motioned for the other girl to make the ice cream that was working to which the other girl also said "do I have to?". We got our order to go and once home realized one of the ice creams were the wrong one. We kept it so we didn't have to go back. Please do better.

What a disappointing experience. If you're looking for an ice cream cake go to DQ. Specified the message we wanted written on the order, online the night before. They never called to let us know but arriving the next afternoon to pick up the cake, they informed my wife that their cake decorator wasn't there and nobody there was willing to write the message on it. Simple communication would have been great customer service. No communication resulted in zero customer service. They offered a free ice cream as a consolation. Who wants an ice cream en route to a party with ice cream cake?

2 on staff the day we were there, one of them made it clear she didn't want to be there. The ice cream just was not very good, wondering if the recipe or product has changed, I remember it being a lot better with a lot of flavor.

Went there earlier today. Slowest Service I’ve ever experienced. The workers did not care at all about the line that went all the way to the entrance. Took me about 45 minutes to get my ice cream scoop. One ice cream scoop. No toppings.
