Placed a to go order. Did not get everything I ordered. Ordered Chicken Fried Chicken. The meal was missing the gravy. Loaded potatoes tasted old. Worst meal I have had at a Cracker Barrel.

I have never received an accurate takeout order from THIS LOCATION. Whenever I let my guards down and just leave without checking my order, I pay dearly for that. Really need to work on accuracy of order at this location; it's no joke!

Took over 35 minutes to get luke warm food. Took about 15 minutes to get waited on. Food was a disappointment. We most likely will not be back. food was not presented as in the menu photos.

The waitress forgot what I asked for. In the broccoli I ordered was not served with the meal it was after the mail was almost finished. Poor customer service due to not even apologizing for forgetting or for checking on the broccoli. When I went to pay I gave the girl a $25 gift card and ask her to take it off the total and she seemed confused and didn't know what to do. Once again poor customer service not apologizing just stood there looking at me like I don't know what to do. Then the manager come over and once again for customer service never apologized just said here let me get this.

We are incredibly disappointed in the menu changes! We visited to have a nice dinner. They were out of the feature of the day which is what I actually went there for. So I ordered Shepard pie, my husband ordered pot roast. After sitting there we were them informed they were out of both of them!! We left. Don't expect to ever return. After YEARS of patronizing Cracker Barrels across the country, it was always reliable for a wholesome fresh great meal. Guess they no longer wish to be known for good comfort food, and good people on a regular. They have taken the staples of their business off the menu. Roast beef, chicken & dumplings, chicken pot pie just to name a few are all gone. Along with us! You are now like every other reheated frozen food entity. We will eat at home.

My meatloaf was cold! And I didn’t get the right side I ordered. They gave me Mac and cheese it looked like noodles in cheese soup. I didn’t even try it. I wanted my favorite hash brown casserole so disappointing. The okra was hot and delicious the biscuits were hot and delicious. The chicken and dumplings were warm and delicious. The service was good except she brought me the wrong side. I still tipped her good. Because I was once a waitress for many years. Want to leave a picture of the Mac and cheese but I don’t see the option!

The food is always delicious! The servers are always checking with you to make sure everything is tasting good and refilling your coffee cup. Their coffee is so good.
I've never had a disappointing experience here. As a matter of fact, I had lunch there today.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so I really can't say!

Parking: Plenty of free parking available!

Kid-friendliness: Ive seen plenty of children eating there with their parents or grandparents. It's a great place to bring the family!

Wheelchair accessibility: I've never seen anyone inside in a wheelchair, so I really can't comment.

We arrived about 8 p.m. and ordered breakfast meals for both my husband & myself. I must say they keep changing the menu. We were not a fan of the latest version, many old classics no longer there. That is not the store's fault. The cold food my husband received is their fault. It took awhile to flag down our server to tell him. He got a manager. She didn't even say she was sorry, offered to have it remade. By then I was almost done eating. We were traveling and had another 2 hours to drive before stopping for the night, didn't want to wait that long. He asked her to take it away which she did. She then came back with the bill, made some excuse about faulty equipment in the kitchen she would need to check on, made an insincere apology and said she took it off the bill. Obviously, it wasn't worth eating!!! I asked her why I was paying for mine? She said it was because I ate it. Told her we came in to eat a nice meal together and that didn't happen. She wanted to argue but finally picked up the check with an unpleasant look in our direction. We left without my husband eating anything. The restrooms were also in need of servicing. That was also an issue but decided against bringing it to her attention. We won't be stopping there on our next trip through Paducah.
