Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went and ate couple daye before Thanksgiving. For once, there was not a wait. However, the menu was cut back to a page of options and I was unaware. Still had good options 👍

The cook sometimes it's not really well don't make it the way it is in the picture sometimes is Burnet sometimes the cook don't clean the grill the bathrooms is not clean parking lot looks clean and organized Honda service is so so the prices is expensive be careful some people make a mistake in your bill

Good food at reasonable prices. Leanne must be a new server. She seemed kinda nervous, but as a retired Educator I prefer to Encourage people.

We dined here driving through and have eaten at others but this by far was the worst experience they didn’t have two of the drinks we ordered wine and beer so we chose other drinks Mac and cheese came cold when we told the server nothing was done about it we never recieved our biscuits or corn bread my salad was to come with crackers when I asked I was given saltines and my husbands Shepard pie came with no mashed potatoes and burnt hashbrowns on top when we told the manager who was our servers sister she gave a discount no apology just ok I’ll give you a discount we will never be back and I’d advise if your passing through eat at different one!

We ate at Crackerbarrel, Paducah KY.
All the workers were so polite and professional. Ally our server was so sweet and accommodating. She was smiling and treated us like family. The food was so good. I ordered Chicken Breast and sides and my husband ordered Chicken and Rice and sides. It was a great experience!

Placed a to go order. Did not get everything I ordered. Ordered Chicken Fried Chicken. The meal was missing the gravy. Loaded potatoes tasted old. Worst meal I have had at a Cracker Barrel.
