I’ve worked in service for a while so I normally hate doing these. I’m originally from Nicholasville so Ik places like this get busy but this had to be the worst service I have ever received. My boyfriend wasn’t even able to get icing on his cookie after they told us after 20 mins he could and then they continue to tell us that there sold out so they weren’t sure while they had his box sitting out. The team had no communication and I was watching a girl play around with the bananas as she was working. Something that set me off more is the cookies were not fresh and we’re disgusting, plus they had time to get walks in and people behind us orders done while we waited there for almost an hour after our schedule pick up time. I tried to be patient but after seeing them order DoorDash and then grabbing their food and rush to the back with it and that girl playing around I completely lost it. Worse place and worst workers I’ve ever seen. Ps I do want to say you had two really hard working girls I wish I knew their names but that’s the only compliment I have for this place and thank those to girls for helping us.

cookies are great but this is the 2nd time ive been in here and literally the floor in the front and back are disgusting . ? i get it teenagers are not 100% the most polite i GET IT but to roll your eyes and huff and puff throwing your arms around when me and my kids have smiles on our faces is just sad. but what really topped this off is the guy threw a box across a table trying to shoot it in where it needs to be. missed it hit the dirty ass floor he picked it up with gloves on and kicked it in with his feet. finally comes over and takes our order still wear same gloves.payed with cash.. took cash with gloves.... goes back gets the cookies with the box i literally just watched him drop on the floor and kicked in and put the cookies in there with the same gloves!!!!! im absolutely disgusted ? the attitude and the sanitation of this place is not it! the first time i also had a not so happy teenager but i hated working when i was a teeneager too so i understand but today was something else last time i can the trash was so full they just started throwing it on the floor. i dont know whis running the show but ya need to clean your place homie !
