They were really busy but they were still nice and the food came out hot and fresh. My daughter loved the fish and my son loved the burgers.

Entered restaurant around 9:00pm. They don't close until 10pm. Shortly after we set down they began mopping, vacuuming, closing off trash cans, ect. all around us. It's 45 minutes until they're supposed to close! This was all very rude and disrespectful to the customers present as far as I'm concerned! We couldn't even enjoy our dinner! Felt like we were being rushed to get out of there!

This was by far the worst chicken sandwich ive ever had. I did not go back to the counter with my displeasure. Mainly because i was on crutches. So they did not get an opportunity to respond. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. I took a bite and it was like..what the crap! My second bit i took on opposite side thinking that portion was just bad. Nope horrible period. When looking at my bite. It appeared that there were very thin sliced chicken breaded then another very thinly sliced breaded piece. Then they both were breaded together and fried. It was absolutely nasty. Worst experience ive ever had at Culvers. All other were very positive. Wished i had taken pic but i didnt.

Culver’s in Paducah is always clean and welcoming with a friendly staff that makes you feel valued. The burgers and cheese curds are fresh and delicious, and the frozen custard is a highlight. Service can slow during busy hours, but overall it’s a great dining choice.
Asked for a pork tenderloin with mayo. The “mayo” was like it smudged dot. Very unhappy.

This is the WORST Culver’s location I have EVER been to period. This has happened to me twice now. I order two Concrete Mixers and get pulled up. Multiple cars behind me received their orders before me including orders that had food and ice cream! I had to ask a worker to check on my order after waiting for 10 Minutes and was brought out this Soupy Mess! So disappointed and will not return to this location in the future.
