Culvers always gets packed at lunchtime. But there's a reason for it. The food is good, the kids even get ice cream with their meals. And it costs less than a trip to McDonald's. Not to mention fresher, and you don't leave feeling like you ate a bunch of boulders.

We waited while 5 other people after us were brought their food, the lady came didn't say hi, thanks, have a good day, sorry for the wait or anything and they forgot our chocolate milks for our kids meals. We had been on the road for almost 12 hours and didn't notice until we got to our hotel so going back was not an option.

I went through the drive through and was waiting on my food and one of the staff members must’ve forgotten I was at the window and clearly stated “yeah you can spit in it” referring to my food. Everyone in the kitchen stopped and looked at her because they knew I was at the window and heard it but she seemed to not care. Disappointed with this interaction and hope they clean up their act.
