Love this place!! Try it you won’t believe it!

Nice, cool little spot with a fun vibe, but overall pretty average when it comes to ice cream options. The flavors are standard and there isn’t much room for customization—no mixing or combining flavors, which is disappointing for a place that rolls the ice cream fresh in front of you.

Also, be prepared to wait a while if there’s a crowd. The process is slow, and when it's busy, your order can take quite a long time.

The biggest downside, though, is the price. We paid $20 for two regular-sized rolled ice creams. For what you get, it just doesn’t feel worth it.

Cool concept, but not sure it delivers enough to justify the cost or the wait.

Only getting a 4 because they ran out of strawberries for the “strawberry dream” so we got “plain jane”.

Fun and delicious. You can watch them make your ice cream treat in front of you. Choose your flavor and mix-ins and then watch the fun. So good.

Placed an order at 6:44 PM at 8:15 PM, I was informed that they had not yet even started my order so we canceled it.

I was confused so I called to get further information and found out that the 4 (four) Dashers had showed up to pick up my ice cream and it wasn’t ready for them. So it’s 100% on the store…

This is an expensive, time consuming, manner in which to eat ice cream. Tastes great when they get it right - don’t get me wrong. However, not worth it.

If you're looking for a sweet escape that’s as fun as it is delicious, Craving the Curls Rolled Ice Cream is the place to be! This boutique dessert shop has quickly become my go-to spot for a treat that's not only unique but also packed with flavor. The rolled ice cream is an absolute showstopper — it’s made fresh right in front of you, and watching the process is almost as satisfying as the taste itself!

What sets Craving the Curls apart is their commitment to using the finest, freshest ingredients. Every flavor I’ve tried has been perfectly balanced and incredibly creamy. Whether you go for a classic favorite or one of their new experimental creations, you can tell they really care about quality. And if you're a milkshake lover or craving something different, they've got you covered with delicious milkshakes and cones.

But it’s not just about the treats — the atmosphere here is everything! The space is vibrant, cozy, and inviting, with a cool, energetic vibe that makes it the perfect place to hang out with friends or family. The new management team has really brought a fresh, exciting energy to the place, and I’m already looking forward to seeing the new menu additions they’ve got planned.

Every time I walk into Craving the Curls, it’s clear that this is a local gem where good times and great ice cream come together. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out—you’ll be hooked after the first bite!

This is the cutest ice cream parlor with some amazing ice cream! The rolling process makes the ice cream so smooth. The lady working was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Plus, they can make all of the flavors VEGAN because they also have a coconut cream base available!!

Ice cream is good. Service is poor. We ordered two regular sizes (one was a cone) and one kids size, it was $25. No where in the store does it list the kids size price. After asking I realized why, they charge $1 less for half the amount of ice cream and prices are high to begin with. They hand over the ice cream without asking what toppings you’d like. When I inquired why they don’t ask, her response was “we never ask.” How convenient that along with the over priced ice cream they’re not up front about offering toppings the customer has already paid for (which they limit according to your order.) There are better places in town to get ice cream with much better service.
