Cynthia's Ristorante is dining perfection with an exquisite menu and excellent service. We enjoyed anjou pear salad with walnuts & gorgonzola. A very unique grilled mozzarela "salad" with layers of buffalo mozzarella, heirloom tomato, greens & crostini. Halibut over basmati rice with grilled vegetables. Homemade fettuccine amatriciana with grilled jumbo shrimp. Flourless chocolate cake. Three layer chocolate mousse & praline tort. Wow! Five stars isn't enough. With so many amazing menu choices, we'll be back!

Cynthia’s is absolutely stellar. The atmosphere is cozy and has a beautiful old-downtown-building vibe. It’s apparent that the food is made by extremely talented chefs…the flavor is delicious. And the service is absolutely top notch. The servers and bartenders are attentive, professional, and friendly.

This would've been the perfect experience had it not been for the service. The food was excellent and we were seated outside upon request from our reservation. It was a beautiful evening and we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. However, the service was lacking. Our server had a laid back attitude, which was fine, but it became too laid back when he never came to check on us. The table next to us seemed to have stellar service, because they seemed to be regulars. We had to ask for more water from the hostess, since the waiter was absent. We were never offered more wine or even dessert. We had to ask the hostess for our check. We watched as the table next to us got refills and were offered dessert. I guess you need to know the staff to get good service here, it appears.

We went here to celebrate our 31st anniversary 3/18/2023 and wow! We are still raving about the food, service and atmosphere! I mean it was all perfect! It started with the hostess, she was so awesome! She sat us at her favorite table in the restaurant which we loved! Our waiter and waitress were all so very amazing! We wanted for nothing! They answered all of my silly quest for knowledge questions with such sincerity. Then the food started coming and coming! Each bite was better than the first. I had the baked rigatoni which was the very best I’d ever tasted! Each bite was the same as the first, full of mouth popping flavor! My wife loved it as well. I could go on and on but I think you can see how much we love this place. It was our first time but it won’t be our last. Thank you all!

My husband & I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Cynthia's on March, 11, 2023. We have been going to Cynthia's since they opened in 1993 for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.,. One of my most treasured memories is taking my parents for my Dad's 80th birthday. Cynthia's treated him like royaltyI've traveled halfway around the world a couple of times & have dined in some of the best restaurants in the Western hemisphere. Cynthia's is one of my top 10 restaurants in this hemisphere!I usually have seafood, but opted for the rack of lamb & my husband had the ribeye. Both plates were FABULOUS! Unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert ?.Cynthia's is the jewel of Western KY for Tuscan Italian cuisine.Thank u for 30 years of magnificent dining!

My wife & I chose this restaurant for our Valentine's Day date. Everything about this restaurant was awesome! I had a small filet and some veggies. My wife had the grilled salmon. EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection! I actually cut my steak with a fork!! Our waiters were very friendly but professional. I would highly recommend this eatery for a couples night out; you will not be disappointed! We will certainly come back! FYI, the ONLY downside was a lack of parking.
