Took thirty minutes to get food, then was cold. They remade it, but clearly reheated the pretzels, as they are as hard as a rock. At least the manager was polite. Not going again

Brought my family in as we were driving through, and had fantastic service from the woman running around doing everything, who I assume is the manager. She was great, helped with water, got us napkins, etc...just wonderful and beyond what one finds most of the time anymore. Thank you!

The food was hot and delicious. There was a lady there who treated us absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, had a smile on her face, and was ever so helpful. I'm not sure, but I think she was a server.
Thank you for your kindness!

We asked for everything to be cooked fresh since it was slow business on a Tuesday night. Which we shouldn't have to ask and still received cold onion rings and burgers. Last week ordered a cherry freeze, it had so much cherry flavoring it was ridiculous. It's sad people don't take their job seriously and treat all customers with the same quality service.

Let me start off by saying I get the Ultimate hashbrown platter w/ over easy eggs and soft bacon . There is a lady and I'm sorry I forgot her name but she always makes sure my order is top tier Thank U So Much.
But on this day I went and ordered a #1 w/ no salt fries and coke no ice The young girl handed me my drink and closes the window I instantly hear ice n the drink when she came back to the window I said I asked for no ice and there is ice she said what did I give u I again said ice but it's cool just as long as my fries have no salt. I waited a few minutes then she brought my order and handed it to me and closed the window. I checked my order per usual and the fries wer room temperature so I blew the horn a couple of times then when she noticed I was still @ the window she came back I asked if the fries wer no salt she said yes I said well they're not fresh did yall not just cook them she said no they just didn't put salt on them So I pulled off. I called back to speak w/ a manager and the manager said they wer in the warmer but they didn't have salt on them the girl in the background who had handed me my food said If she wanted fresh fries she should have said that. I let the manager know that I could hear that smart remark and that I didn't know I had to ask for fresh food. I paid my money in full and received low quality service I told the manger that they need to do better and I hung up.. We as paying customers pay you all in full and we want full quality service and food!!..
Sincerely a slightly upset customer..

SCAM ALERT:
Today I went to this dairy Queen location in front of Noble Park in Paducah Kentucky and ordered five sausage biscuits.

The price of a sausage biscuit is around $1.50.

Beware when drive-thru says I'll have your total at the window, sounds harmless enough right but that gives them time to calculate how much money they'll put in their pocket after telling you a higher price and ringing it up as the regular price. The price should always appear visible to the drive-through worker unless you're using a coupon.

My total for five sausage biscuits around $1.50 each was almost $10 today. When I told the lady at drive-thru that the math did not add up she responded by saying that is what they were told to do, ring them up as a "twin box". I told her why would I pay $4 for a twin box when they're a $1.50 a piece....?

My question is how long have they been doing this to people in Paducah because if my math is correct it should easily be able to gain a few hundred before breakfast is over by adding up the difference between what it should cost and what they over charged you and it is also probably untraceable through the purchases on the register.
Look I love dairy Queen but everybody is struggling right now that doesn't give you the right to take extra from people because they are in a hurry and do not realize what's happening to them. I have ate at this Dairy Queen for years and I will continue to but I will never stop making sure I get all my change and don't get ripped off until the economy balances out and some form or another.

Didn't think much about DQ for breakfast. I was way off, I'd rather have their breakfast than the other fast food places. Absolutely loved the country platter
