I watched a man handle a mop and bucket and go straight to the food counter to load a bag for drive thru he fully palmed a bag of fries with his contaminated hands .... I told the manager and walked off my brother heard the man having a mantrum as he proceeded to say I was did know what I was talking about ..... roll the tape back DQ .... filthy

The lady working drive-thru 12/9/25 is always pleasant and sweet. She goes out of way and ask if you need anything else 🙂 burgers and fries always good and fresh

After the first time we had to call and complain about the food not being right we decided to give them another chance and boy was that a mistake, got home and the food was OLD, hard, dry, and the fries were old, made another call to complain and took the food back up there fries and all to have them remake it, gave us the burgers no fries and some guy in the back yelled “make sure they’re fresh” in a condescending tone, we will not be back

I used to love this place and still respect the people there.
Unfortunately I believe the owner discriminate against houseless homeless people. Even though I patronize this this particular Dairy Queen.
On a daily or a semi-daily basis , So I spend $7-14 dollars a day.. and today this is the first time that I have not been able to recharge our phone. Nothing wrong with the plug. Just the people who discriminate. And this was an outside plug that even employees use🧐

Quick service and good food at night.

Took thirty minutes to get food, then was cold. They remade it, but clearly reheated the pretzels, as they are as hard as a rock. At least the manager was polite. Not going again

Blizzards are fire, food is meh...kinda cool dining room (cool as in aesthetically, low key warm if you sit by the windows in summer)

Brought my family in as we were driving through, and had fantastic service from the woman running around doing everything, who I assume is the manager. She was great, helped with water, got us napkins, etc...just wonderful and beyond what one finds most of the time anymore. Thank you!
