My wife placed a mobile order for me to pickup after working all day. Pay off our order was 2 blizzards. They were overly full by at least an inch and a half. But no lids or tops. By the time I got home the pictures are the evidence. It was everywhere. I contacted the store. The solution they had was to replace the blizzard. I have to detail my car and spend about 40 dollars to clean up this and they want to give me ice cream as a way to make it right.

Ok, the girl who took my order this evening (I didn't get her name) was, by far, the nicest, most professional, fast food worker I have encountered in a long, long time. Everyone who works in a fast food restaurant could, and should, take some lessons from her. Service with a smile... She made my day... DQ - you need to give her a raise!

Literally, as both a customer and a Dasher, the slowest place you will ever order anything. Its good once you get it, but it takes forever consistently. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes tonight, not exaggerating, and got to the window for the lady to tell me their card reader is down. Maybe tell me that when I order. Just unacceptable.

Me and my boyfriend go to DQ by the park every night but we decided to go to the one on Southside after we went to Walmart. My bf said I would like a large chocolate cone dipped in chocolate and a small chocolate cone. We paid and she hands us the cones. I can see from mine that it was vanilla running out of it. And then they hand my bf a vanilla DIPPED cone. He said I said I wanted a large chocolate dipped in chocolate cone and I wanted a small chocolate cone. The girl at the register said, “Oh our chocolate icecream is under maintenance.” Had she told us when he ordered it we would not have ordered anything because either of us likes vanilla ice cream. That was almost $9 for ice cream we ended up throwing away. Please educate your workers to tell people if you ate out of something they order and not just substitute it with whatever they want. This is not how business should be done.
