I placed an order online and planned to pay with cash, after I placed the order I realized that I only had $100.00 dollar bill. I then called the store to let them know, the girl that answered the phone said the drivers could not carry change for a $100 which is why I called, I figured as much. I then asked if I could change the order to pick up I was then told they could not provide me with change for $100! My change would have been under $60. I asked if I could talk to the manager as I didnāt understand how the store could not provide me with three $20 dollar bills as change. The girl speaking told me she was the āactingā manager and then told me to have a good night and hung up on me. I called back because I wanted to place a pick up order she then did not say a word and hung up on me again. I have ordered from this store several times and I have never had an issue. I was not rude in any way, Iām Not sure if this acting manager has had a bad day but she shouldnāt treat people badly because of that. She was extremely rude. Also this is the first review Iāve ever given to any establishment.

The delivery people are great but we keep having a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. We have called 6 times and no answer tonight. We also enjoy the points and the pizza so it is frustrating not being able to get through and talk to a live person. Thanks

Phone line needs to be fixed, it just rings and rings for a minute straight then hangs up automatically. And online ordering was unavailable....

Damn...I liked coming to this Dominoes but never again...I ordered thru the app...came and got my pizza paid cash and when I got home I get an email and it says my order was cancelled. Seems fishy. The whole reason I go there is to get free pizza every couple orders with points but something shady was happening and I didnt get my points furthermore when I called back that day I spoke to a guy and he said next time you order a pizza call the store and I will guve you the free pizza. Yea...as if...when I called back a day or two later it was basicly a lie. Sorry but people are a little strapped these days and Im not wasting my time gping there uf I am gonna get shorted points. I have been calling Domino's since 11:13 on a Thursday night it says they're open but they will not answer the phone so with that being said they're slacking on their jobs seriously no excuses if you closed earlier than you should update your website
OMG I ordered the stuffed crust for the first time and it was, kid you not, the best. I was skeptical because last time I ordered from them I asked for well done and square cut and got neither request. This time the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and airy on the inside. The square cuts were perfect for little sandwiches. Also, I have to admit their staff are the best no matter when you go. Always polite and friendly. Good job everyone!

This is the best place to order pizza from if you want good hot pizza and they absolutely have the best delivery driver Barry he makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves. Great customer service also.

I want to give a 5 star review, but what stops me is the Paducah locations rarely run good coupons anymore. We used to order many times a week now maybe once every couple of weeks.
An example of how bad the deals are. At one point you could get a 16 piece parmesean bites and a 2 liter for $8.99 with coupon. Until they raised the price recently for the items buying the. Separately was $8.98. Unless they start putting better deals up our eating there will continue to drop drastically
