If you come after 6 don’t expect to get your order because they will ignore you in the drive through until you leave. And this was at 6:15; not like it was right before closing and has happened more than once. This is frustrating considering there are many night shift workers going in at 7 that would just like to get a coffee.

It's a national chain donut shop so expectations aren't super high. That being said, the food was tasty, coffee was good but the staff was really great. And that's not a thing that's readily translated from corporate culture to the local franchise.

I left before being served 20 minutes in drive thru. I left service too slow
Bacon avacado toast had no seasoning and sweet bacon. Went inside to get it fixed and was told "they dont have any regular bacon made". I used to work here so i know how easy it is to make some crumbled bacon.. the morning shift doesnt seem to have an issue making things correct and fixing them if theyre wrong.

Usually they get my order right and put it I exactly as I ordered it. But this last time they put creamer and extra caramel and I can't help but feel like it was some sort of favoritism or like trying to get me to like them more so I come more often but I didn't order extra caramel and I'm allergic to cream so I couldn't drink the coffees they made for me. I specifically said no cream and the ticket said no cream but I definitely tasted cream and my stomach was hurting really bad after drinking a little of the Coffee, which is the main reason is can confidentally say there was cream I my drinks. I tried to go in and have them fix it but they said they didn't put cream in it with full confidence. I'm not calling anyone a liar but I definitely tasted something off in my drink. I had to put water in them to lessen the caramel taste because it was also way too sweet. I was at a loss for what to do after that and I spent $15 on these drinks and they were all three made wrong then the employees did not admit and just fix it and then made it wrong again, every previous time Ives gotten coffee or donuts here the service had been great but a time or two before now I've had to ask for a remake and the fact that Xtra caramel was added when I did not ask for extra made my drinks undrinkable. Not to mention the lack of responsibility for the cream.. after it was wrong the second time I just left since it seemed they couldn't do it correctly. I truly wish these employees the best, however I won't be coming to this store again as it seems the barista needed a reminder on some training and not to add extra things to people's drink. If I had wanted extra caramel I would have ordered extra caramel.

Went to go and get a $6 meal deal it came with a bag of potato lays and i got five potato lays in a whole bag, It wasn’t even halfway full very poor. The sandwich was fine and the coffee was fine, but the lack of caring is insane. I wouldn’t go here.
