The Dunkin on Hinkleville RD in Paducah Kentucky, is the best. The food and coffee is great, the employees and the manager are all very thoughtful and respectful and kind The store is always clean

I went to Lone Oak Dunkin. After ordering the $6 special meal plan which included a crossaint with sausage, cheese & egg through the drive through, when I went to pay cashier at window she told me she was out of crossaint but didn't know that until I ordered. So I reluctantly chose a bagel with the ingredients on it. It was hard & chewy. I couldn't eat it. So I went to the Dunkin at the mall & they switched it for my original order. But, it was burned on the edges. Normally l don't have a problem at Dunkin. I love their crossaint with breakfast on it.

Got a hashbrown brisket scramble. It came with no scrambled eggs and no brisket, just hash browns, cheese, and bacon bits. Ordered an apple fritter and got a coffee roll. I used to like this location. If you can, go to the Lone Oak store instead even if it costs you a few extra minutes.
I will not be returning to this Dunkin. I am tired of wasting my money and getting the wrong food and drinks. Some people don't have to money to go out and get food all the time and it sucks when workers screw your order up everytime you can afford to treat yourself. The workers are also rude when you return to let them know about your order being wrong.
