Well weāre handed our cups and watched the what I can assume was the manager because he was telling people what to do put a full hand in our cups. Each. Of. The. Cups. Apparently he didnāt learn anything from COVID. Bathroom was filthy and foul smelling. The food was justāmehā pizza crust and bottom was burned to a crisp. Glad Iām only traveling through and this isnāt my local Fazzolis. Sorry to the locals this is what you get.

I sat in drive through for 20 minutes for 2 slices of pizza and one Italian sub sandwich. There were NO cars before me...only me. Then when I finally get food. Pizza is cool and no breadsticks included and staff never apologized for the long wait either. Very disappointed!! This was Hinkleville rd/ New Holt road location in Paducah, KY.

Worst meal ever at a Fazolis. Bread stick didnāt have any garlic butter at all. Fettuccine was tough and pretty much tasteless.
The pasta was good. The staff was friendly. There are coupons in the app.

We went inside to order because often inferior food is sent out drive thru. The salad i received looked nothing like the one pictured on the menu. Our breadsticks.had been overrated or warmed in microwave, they were so hard we couldn't eat them. My entree was very overdone and dry! I felt so deceived . It was all packaged and handed to us. Very disappointed!!

The girl that took my order(manager's daughter)was leaning on the register with head propped on her hand. When trying to explane food mumbled could barely hear her then when I repeated she had a nasty attitude. When I ordered she immediately said is that it, when I asked about a drink she then told me yea if you want, so I suggested a combo please. Just a very rude young lady. The girl that brought my food out was very nice. I ordered a baked spaghetti then had to drain quite a bit of liquid and grease out of the bowl before I could eat it.

Placed an order through the drive thru, only to get home missing one of our entrees. Drove all the way back to the store to get the food we were missing. I was offered a refund or my food. No compensation for the inconvenience of making another trip to get the food they failed to put into my bag. Food was not great once we were able to eat. Should have spent the extra $10-15 total and ordered take out from Olive Garden across the street.
