My husband and I went on Wednesday to get our usual senior meal which is usually around $11 and the person at the counter said they don't have senior meals on Wednesday any more. We went ahead and ordered the usual baked spaghetti (wanting the small) my husband order his typical fettuccine with chicken (small) and senior drink and she rang up our order at $33+. By the time we paid after telling her we wouldn't be back. The food was out and she rung up full size meals and she said they did have salads and we wanted salad with the meal. The salad consisted of lettuce with a few little pieces of carrot ( I'm assuming it was carrot) . So I have to say if you go to Paducahs Fazoli I hope you have better results than we did. We've eaten here since they opened up and it's our usual Wednesday meal for lunch. So it's a shame that it's come down to this. I hope it's just Paducahs Fazoli and not a national thing. Unfortunately we won't be going back but we'll go across the street to Olive Garden. Fazolis was our senior cheap meal for the week but our last trip cost us as much as Olive Garden and the food at Olive Garden was a lot better quality.

Taste is subjective so here are the facts: my spaghetti was missing a meatball and cheese. My side salad was pitifully small and inedible due to a rotten tomato. Including pic of their menu to show why was supposed to be included.

The cashier was very nice but the food wasn't that great and my daughters pasta had someones beard hair in it. Will never eat there again.

Food as always exceeded the expectations of anything fast in food. Tonights visit was exceptional though the Manager Mr. Maine was very accommodating My mother who was dining with us and being an avid coffee drinker. Asked if it was available on the menu it wasn't but he offered to share his personal supply That is above and beyond when it comes to any establishment. Final Note: As always 5 stars would mean there is no place to improve but in this special case Mr. Maine is deserving of 6
