Ordered food tonight. Food was good as usual. The problem was that the workers behind the counter was wearing their pants hanging below their butts. I really don’t want to go to a restaurant and see what kind of underwear the staff is wearing. Very unprofessional.

I really love Firehouse subs, but today I ordered online and when I went to pickup my order I was not acknowledged and was completely ignored when I came in. My order was sitting on the counter so I took it and left. I ordered 3 sandwiches and one of them was not the right sandwich that I ordered and was smothered in Mayonnaise and it wasn’t supposed to have it on it. The Firehouse hero didn’t have roast beef on it and had very little meat. I was very disappointed to say...

I love the subs here, best in town but when I pick up and drive 15min across town, I expect to get my pickle, that I clearly checked when ordering on-line. Maybe 1 out of 5 orders they may get it right. I check my orders when I pick up but my wife usually grabs it on the way home and has the kids, so it’s the last thing on her mind. Sandwiches are great but the kids working there aren’t that friendly and seem to not know what a pickle is.
