My first time ever there and they made my burger wrong twice then refused to make it right a third time. Tomato, lettuce, onion, mayo, ketchup is not hard. Both times the burger was covered in pickles and missing other ingredients

Super Dry Burgers, Extremely Salty Hot Dogs, Two Orders Of Fries Dumped Upside Down On Top Of My Order In The Paper Bag. Lastly Tables Were Not Cleaned. One And Done...Very Poor Experience For A First Time Customer.

My group of 3 arrived to order at 9:30pm. The service was fast, easy, polite but most of all it was the best five guys burger Ive had in 5 years. Jocie was the cook and she did an amazing job, the burger stayed together and tasted delicious. 10/10 she deserves a raise. Server was Jack.

If you want to eat at an older, busy convenience store, then this is the place for you. I was considering eating at Texas Roadhouse but wanted something a little more budget-friendly. Unfortunately, I ended up spending $16 for a hamburger, shake, and drink, and I wish I had just gone to Texas Roadhouse.
The dining area, the tables had not been wiped down, one table looked to have ketchup on it where say a baby had smeared it on and no one wiped it up. Others had food crumbs laying on them. The floors were just as dirty. The trash cans where old looking with rusted wheel brackets and the wheels looked like they where broke off, and the cans where just about to over run.
This was my first time at one of these restaurants, and it will definitely be my last. The dining room was dirty, with tables that hadn't been wiped down and stuff laying on the floor. And while it's not the best way to judge a place, I do think that if a business keeps their bathroom’s clean, super nice and neat, it shows they care about the looks of their business, and hopefully that is the case else where such as the cleanliness of the food prep area.
Their bathroom looked like it belonged in an early 1990s convenience store that hasn't been cleaned since the place first opened. Some crude painting had been done on the bathroom door and it showed. The bathroom looked like one you would find in an old mechanic shop, it was that bad. Where’s your shop guys just go in, use the facility and go back out and work in cars.
The hamburger was nothing to write home about and the shake sucked. I ate a few bites and due to concern of a dirty facility, I threw it all away and went and ate somewhere else.
Save your money and go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it. You would be safer eating in a cattle barn.

Wow. Bacon Cheeseburger and fries are amazing at this restaurant. Couldn't ask for more, they filled me up to the brim.
Three problems though, One: I understand the workers were trying to have a fun time working, but they started making the food kind of slow when they started fooling around.
Two: The building had a weird stench to it, like rotten wood. Maybe it was the peanuts, we didn't bother to get any though.
Three: This is the biggest problem... Parking. The Starbucks next door ruins the parking. They have a drive through, but cars going inside the out direction causes jams. You also have to go around the whole mall to exit the parking lot.
Loved my food though, thanks.
Parking: Jams in-front, because people want Starbucks.

I was greeted with warm welcome while approaching the order line. Place is clean and tidy. I ordered little bacon burger and it was huge!! Bacon was crispy and patty was moist. Buns could be toasted more to be crispier. The Cajun fries could be more crispy, it was too soft. Over all I was happy with good service of

This location has shorted me on amount fries the last couple of times going there, yet raised prices again for even less food. I am thinking it's the owner of this place as I never had a bad experience anywhere but this place. Penn Station gives me more fries than this Five guys.

my dad had just had a surgical procedure done this morning i told him i would take him to 5 guys, we ordered our food i'm vegetarian i ordered the veggie sandwich w the cheese option and some fries and a drink guy at he counter asked if i wanted to add bacon i respectfully declined we waited about 15 or so minutes for our order dad got a cheeseburger and a hot dog. when we got our food he was happy w his i however after paying for the cheese option did not receive any cheese on my sandwich. the employees acted as if they didn't want to be there but they were changing gloves appropriately in the kitchen the floor was very dirty in the lobby as well as the bathroom floor had trash on it as well. toilet was clean and sink would not shut off. there was a trash can overflowing as well by the bathrooms. the fries were actually well cooked this time just wish i had gotten the ingredients i asked for on my sandwich and a clean environment to eat it in.

after a few years of working in fast food there's no other place where you can find good service like that of just hamburgers, the friendliness of reds donuts, and the taste of home like that of five guys it's not 100% everytime but thats ok the food is good the staff are always nice and serve with a smile I have yet to leave with a bad experience yet!
