I have never been to a Freddy's before. So my family and I stopped in. The burgers was great and the custard!!!! Wow it was amazing. The GM Chad waited on us. He was very polite and helpful in directing us on what we would like. Will definitely be stopping again when we pass through! Great job y'all!

Went to Freddy’s after a basketball game, it was my first time at this location and I enjoyed it!

Fast service, they forgot a burger for our group but fixed it, and good food!

I really enjoyed the Oreo peppermint shake, I’m sure it’s seasonal so try it out before it’s done if you’re interested.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a double cheeseburger and fries. Zero acknowledgment from the lady at the window about the wait, didn’t say sorry, thank you, or anything. I’m a pretty understanding person if they were running behind, but to not say anything and act like I’m an inconvenience for getting food is unacceptable. Will not be supporting this place again.

We come through the drive through on the way through . The drive thru boy was absolutely so polite. He said “we can absolutely do that” and “please” and “thank you” . If he at all hated his job you could not tell. I wish I’d caught his name but who ever he is, I hope he is appreciated because he deserves it. We could use more people in the service industry with such a great attitude!

This location was super dirty. The service was really struggling (we left without a shake because it was taking so long) and they got one of our burgers completely wrong. Total struggle.

I never go out to eat but kept hearing about Freddy’s, despite the ratings I wanted to see it for myself. When I walked in I was greeted with the cutest employee she had dark short hair and she was so kind. The atmosphere was nice, not at all how people described in other reviews! Definitely would come back !!

I came and and felt very welcomed. I was greeted by a little girl with black hair who was very patient while I was looking at the options on the menu. After I was done eating she cleaned my table

I was finishing up my dinner when a nice young lady was taking my trash to the trash for me. She kept making sure I did not need anything while I was dining. She was short with the cutest hair. She made me feel very welcomed and like I am always welcome back.
