Entire store smells like mold. Put literally one foot in the door and all I could smell was mold. I immediately turned around.

My friend treated me here. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The frutta bowls ( I tried beachin) were amazing packed with fruits honey etc. The staff was so friendly . They give a military/ veteran discount. I will definitely be back.

The past few times myself and my daughter ordered through the app it’s been horrible and I leave tips. I wasn’t going to leave one today but my smoothie wasn’t watered down so I left a tip only to get back to work and my fruit bowl looks a dang mess. This is my last time going. I’ve tried to reach out a few days ago without a response. It never used to be like this. The quality was great now it sucks! A waste of my money and rewards! #Disappointed
There was literally plastic in our food and the worker that I talked to told me that she had no clue where it came from and acted like it was not her problem paid extra for kiwis got plastic chunks instead. Don't eat here these people are slow and unhelpful.

Young dude working is super slow on purpose! I was the only one waiting and he kept looking off in the distance instead of cutting fruit. I finally had to ask for my order bc he left it on the counter and started walking away!

This store should be closed. I’ve visited this location multiple times recently, and I’m disappointed to report that I’ve had a consistently poor experience. The store is often dirty, and some of the equipment appears to be broken. On top of that, I’ve gone three times specifically for protein bites, but each time they are out of stock.
Today, I waited five minutes for anyone to come out from the back, only to be told once again that the protein bites are unavailable. There are rarely any other customers there, so I highly doubt they’re selling out quickly. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I believe the location could use some serious improvements in both cleanliness and inventory management.
I hope you can look into these issues and take appropriate action.
