We went through the drive-thru and they accidentally got our order wrong. It ended up taking a little while, but when we got to the window, the manager (I believe her name was Heather) immediately said that we had been waiting too long and wouldn’t accept payment. I appreciated the good service! It’s somewhat unexpected to get such great service at a fast food restaurant! Will definitely be back. Thank you! :)

Okay you guys I love Hardee's but the Hardee's in lone oak is probably the best Hardee's I have ever been to the service was beyond amazing the food was the best food I have ever tasted from Hardee's I would highly recommend going to this Hardee's

Their biscuits used to be the best around now it hit or miss whether the edible. I had one hard as a rock and the other was a little over cooked but still great on the inside.

I have to write another review because my experiences at this particular Hardee’s location has been really great. I have previously mentioned the staff and the food as well. This time it's about my wife's opinion. She's not really keen on Hardee’s but recently biscuits, fries, pies, and peach lemonade/tea has give her second thoughts. She even went as far as to recommend that we go back again for breakfast. Heather and Co. must be doing something right!

We stopped here on the way home from vacation. The food was hot and good. Jessica was friendly and had our food out quickly. The atmosphere was friendly and customers were greeted as they came in the door. The general manager spoke respectfully to her employees, which is something we don’t see a lot of these days. It was a great experience! (Ultimate omelettes are delicious!)

Didn't even bother to stay and order after unloading 5 kids from car getting inside left with kids .. Filthy!!! open sewer drain for beverage center stinks up place disgusting floor counters seen roach in bathroom
