Came through the drive through at 830pm on a Saturday night there was 3 cars in front of us and some behind and we were all told "we are closing soon" I then said ok and preceeded to tell my order and they said sorry they wernt taking more orders. Won't be back.

Poor service, dinning room is disgusting, drive thru is down, stood at front counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to get my order, they have a sign in the drive thru on the menu that just says sorry for the inconvenience but drive thru is down, when I asked the employee about it she was rude and said I don’t know we have to call corporate about it. Just disappointed because the fact that they are only using the dining room and no one is in the drive thru they should be able to keep it clean, employees sitting around and doing nothing while the lobby is filthy. Won’t be back

Waited in the drive thru for about 45 minutes for a 6 dollar breakfast☹️
Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.

In drive thru- was told to pull off for food. When I received my fries they were all cold and a mix of curly fries and regular, I ordered regular fries only. Disappointed.
