I have always had the best customer service every time I come to this location. I would drive across town to get my food from this Hardee’s. No matter if it’s Dine-In or Carry-Out. Thank You!
Not only did I enjoy working here, but I enjoyed the food too. It's a friendly atmosphere with a team is professionals waiting to serve you up some of Hardee's best burgers. Don't forget to check em out for breakfast too. Sleep late? No worries, because they serve it until noon.
Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders.
