No one is paying attention to drive through. Really only helping counter. Sitting at window for 15 min and has not even taken my payment yet or adressed me. Buns were stale.

UPDATE--- ended up waiting 45 minutes and noone ever came back to the drive thur window to take our order, we ended up leaving without getting any breakfast. We went to get breakfast here this morning , we went to thr drive thru, the guy said he'd be with us in jist a minute. We waited for 15 minutes, with only one person in front of us, and the guy never came back, drove up to the drive thru windows and waited another 10 minutes before someone finally came to the window and talked to us, said he'd be right back. It's been about 10 minutes and he still hasnt came back to take our order. We could of went to a nice sit down restaurant and had our food and been back on the road by now... There are only two workers in the whole restaurant, not their fault. Hardee's needs to do better and not short staff their poor employees like this.

Waited 20+ minutes for my order. There were no people in front of me, only 1 customer eating at the restaurant. Fries came out cold, probably because it was sitting on the tray for over ten minutes. Most of my order wasn't done correctly. Dining room wasn't that clean. There are plenty of other burger places around, go where you'll be taken care of and valued.

I come here for the convenience and because we like the food, but I just did an online order and went to pick it up. When I got to the speaker I told her I had an online order for Heather Hammonds. She said pull around. Then when I get to the window she said, can you come in? I said I guess. I thought it was because they were running behind making it. Nope, they had it sitting on the counter. And it clearly said on the bottom of where I ordered it that I could do pickup or get it through the drive thru. This place is a JOKE!!! I will never go to this one again.
Went through the drive through. Women at the window wouldn’t even look at me. Barley spoke so I could hear her. Said nothing but my total. (Didn’t even verify it was the correct order) Looked bored out of her mind and like she hated that she had to wake up to go to work. No thank you at the end just a “here you go” and she immediately walked away. Long drive through wait time.

store # 1500876 . I placed order and 1 car ahead of me. I got to window and i overheard the man working the window walk to the cook and tell him to fix a steak biscuit. which was my order. cook didnt start on it until i was at the window. then i was asked to pull up and wait for it to be brought out. thought service here had gotten better than in the past. i was wrong.
