The guy at the front desk was nice, but the drive through was extremely slow. I don’t ever eat at Hardee’s, but decided to give it a chance. I waited for 15-20 minutes in drive through and I only ordered two items. There was no one in front or behind me and they still were extremely slow!!! I went inside to see what the issue was and the two guys were so busy talking that they didn’t hear me say “excuse me,” three times. Another third man walked out of another room (maybe a storage room or an office) and he helped me. The guy who was supposed to be cooking mentioned something about there being an issue with the grill and thawing out the burger. I got a refund and left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME THERE!!!

Clean quiet nice duck off. Nothing was served fast at this location, we like juicy semi sloppy burgers and didn't put extra mayo on neither burger nor extra pickles like ordered, she was too worried about counting her drawer ! The shake machine was broken and the manager offered to microwave me a vanilla shake that was previously frozen huh? Kentucky style?

Terrible. Employees are very unhelpful and unprofessional. Took 30 minutes to get chicken tenders at 1:00 pm, and no one was even there beside us.
There will be no one in the Drive-Thru and no one inside the store. Place one meal order and takes 20 minutes to get it. Because the staff is standing around cutting up you have to ask the manager for them to make your food! I missed my break and my lunch waiting on these clowns. If you're stretched for time avoid this location! There's never anyone in there eating and now I see why!!!

Oof, horrible, ordered a small cheese burger cost over $4, there was a horrible oder coming from the kitchen, it took 15 minutes for that baby cheese burger and when I got it, it was inedible, burnt, and old, you will be making a huge mistake by visiting this hardees, I wish I went with the reviews. : (

Struggling this morning. Waited 10 minutes for food with no one else in the store. Received barely warm gravy and warm coffee. Tried to get them to warm it in the microwave but not in the plastic bowl. The taller male employee still used microwave and It came back same temp. By the time this all went down our other food was cold. We threw meal away and received a refund.
While waiting for our food, I watched the male employee in the back eat a piece of bacon while making someone else's drive thru order. He had his gloves on but did not change them out as he continued with their order.
