The food here is okay, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nothing impressive, and borders dull. The biggest issue with this place is the service. If you order takeout, expect to pack a lunch to eat while you wait! I waited over 25 minutes past my pickup time, so long that the person I was picking up the food for called me twice to make sure I was still coming!! I did not receive a single apology, but the guy (I am guessing the owner/manager as he is there a lot and seems to have authority) working the counter almost made me feel like an imposition. He got upset that I kept asking about the food, but I literally asked when I got there, asked about 5 minutes later for an ETA, which he was rude about, and then asked again a while later when I saw my order sitting in the window being ignored. I will not be back. Too many better Mexican places in town to deal with that.

If i could have ranked 0 stars i would have. Save yourself the time and money and go to Taco Bell. We waited forever, they got our order wrong, the food was luke warm, and it was lower quality than Taco Bell. I have no idea how they had a full house. Absolutely disgusting. The worst tacos i have ever eaten. They upcharge for everything. I eneded paying $30 for 2 orders of fake, americanized, trash tacos and cold, and dry refried beans and rice. Never again.

100% my favorite Mexican restaurant in Paducah. The quality of ingredients is top notch. The only place in Paducah that doesn’t shred their chicken, which leaves it super dry. They also include large chunks of fresh vegetables. I eat here at least once a week. The owner of the restaurant, Hugo, walks around and checks on how everything is. Just the best!
