Been going to this place for months
Not sure what they had going on this morning but the food was so nasty
We received eggs that were so slimy
After seeing this I couldn't even enjoy my food at all
We always spend between 40$ to 90$ when it's more then 2 of us
Sad to say but y'all just lost good customers for the poor food this a.m.
We usually tip everybody in there that is working
We will not be returning to this restaurant anymore
The food actually made me extremely sick this time

My food was cooked fresh and was hot. The waiter was great. He was helpful and attentive without being intrusive.

Our food and service was 5/5, I would just like to make a note that the bathrooms were noticeably freezing cold.

Honestly we wasn't even able to eat here. The waitress was rude to us. Brought us menus and drinks and never came back. The building was extremely cold as well.

Strike 4… I knew better than to try the Paducah, Kentucky location a fourth time… I have a rule, if a restaurant falls way short on a visit, they get what I call a strike… Three strikes and I don’t go back… For three visits they greatly disappointed me for various reasons… But tonight my wife wanted to try it again… I told her no but she told me it’s been at least 5 years and surely it would be at least better… WRONG… We stood in the foyer waiting to be seated for quite a while… There were only two tables of other diners, so not busy… We ordered drinks and told the waitress we already knew what we wanted… We wanted the special that we saw advertised on tv (also on the internet and radio)… She told us that special had ended… I told her we just saw it on our tv about an hour ago… Then she changed her story… She then admitted that the Paducah iHop was not a participating location… We were disappointed, but decided to stay and order something else… Not the end of the world… Fast forward to our food… we both ordered blueberry pancakes with blueberry topping. The pancakes had all the blueberries in the very middle not spread out, and the topping was cold and congealed. It looked nothing like the picture. The bacon was very crinkly so it had parts that were cooked and parts that were raw. We had to ask for new silverware because the silverware we had was dirty… I asked for my hashbrowns well done and they were barely browned… Eggs were overcooked… The sausage was the only thing that appeared to be cooked correctly… The waitress was friendly… anyway, to make a long story short, I will never ever ever go back to the Paducah IHOP or any IHOP ever again and I suggest you do the same

Hash browns black and seared but cold on inside. Same with Impossible sausage. Eggs too runny. Toast had funky smell. Won't be back.

Walked in, waited to be greeted. I saw a couple with about several empty drinks and seemed like the were waiting a long time. I asked if they were here long. They both responded kindly yes, very long. I can hear the workers in the back laughing and not attending their customers. Well, no eggs and pancakes 🥞 for me today 🫠
