Wanted to be here for last night at Broadway. Our meal was great and it was very busy. We split the chocolate cake as it was so rich! Great Pasta meal and sorry to see the Italian Grill moving to Exit 4......

I can't express how much I love the Italian Grill. Every time we eat there we are so well taken care of, and the food is always amazing! Chris and Wayne are usually waiting on me, and they always have the best suggestions for food and drinks. Thanks guys! Y'all are amazing! Wayne suggested the Rosemary Old Fashioned tonight, this drink will blow you away! It's a must try!

We visited Italian Grill while home visiting family for the holidays. It was recommended by a couple of our friends. The space is very nice and has a nice atmosphere. We started at the bar - the old fashioneds we ordered were super sweet, not necessarily what I would consider a traditional old fashioned. We waited longer than typical for our server to greet us after we were seated. The calamari we ordered as an appetizer was tasty but was slow to arrive. For dinner we ordered two plates of 'build your own pasta' and a Caesar salad. It took approximately 75 minutes for our meals to arrive. We watched multiple tables come and go while we waited for our meals. We were excited about the homemade pasta but it was so rubbery that I had to send mine back. Our friend had only had one bite of his when our server took mine back and but told the server that he was "going to try to eat it." The server never followed up to see if he was enjoying it - he ate about half of it before he gave up. The most disappointing part of the experience was that our server acknowledged that the kitchen was moving remarkably slow with our food compared to the other diners', and even though we had to send a meal back to the kitchen, the manager never stopped by our table to speak with us. This felt like a general lack of ownership by the management staff. I can give a place another chance if they have an off night but not when the service is poor as well.

I really wanted to like this place. Love that it's in downtown Paducah, utilizing one of the beautiful old buildings. I was very excited by the special menu they had for the evening featuring their wood fired oven. The problem was they were out of the first thing I ordered. Wood fired Salmon, sounds amazing, right? Nope. Chef wouldn't cook them because they were too small for the oven??? Cook the d*** thing and let me be the judge, wouldn't do it. With my heart set on fish, I ordered the wood fired sea bass. Very flaky and mild the waiter said. Taste buds set, and they are out of that. We ate at 515pm. I tried to order the lasagna, but it was an additional 15 minutes. I went with the chicken Marsala. Tasted really good and a big portion, was more than enough. Lot of broken dishes by staff throughout the night made for an unsettling evening. The one glaring problem with this restaurant is the service is extremely slow, chaotic, and unorganized. Having the bar upstairs doesn't help.

Food was good but service was awful! Third time we have been there and had terrible service. One of the waitresses even insulted us because she was having to walk up the stairs to get drinks. WON'T BE BACK!

The service is amazing and the food is even better! Not to mention that if your coming here then you need to be starving because this place serves HUGE servings

Horrible service, horrible food, dirty table, brown sticky substance on my menu, cold scallops, never offered a refill on drinks, girls walking around in fishnets to keep you from thinking about the poor service you're about receive. Will never be back. Walked out unnoticed.

This is for sure my favorite place downtown Paducah. A couple of my friends and I went this past Friday for my birthday. I made reservations, so we got right in. The ambiance is fantastic. The service is friendly and attentive. Now to the best part, the food. They bring out a fresh loaf of seasoned bread with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar mix-very delicious. I ordered a caesar salad to start, which at most places may be underwhelming, but here it's fantastic. For my entree I ordered the vodka rosé pasta with chicken. Hands down, the best pasta I've ever had. I can't lower my standards to any chain restaurant anymore, I'm spoiled! Since it was my birthday, I got a free dessert, it was so rich and delicious. My friend ordered the 4 cheese flatbread as her entree. It was super tasty as well! We all had plenty of leftovers for the next day, the proportions are huge! If you're a local or just passing through Italian Grill is the place to go!
