I had taken my daughter's to Paducah for the solar eclipse. We arrived early and decided to look around the town. We found the place and decided to have lunch. The establishment was not prepared for the amount of people who flooded the town. There were only 3 staff members who were facing an onslaught of people. There was a line outside. They ran out of several items, mainly pizza, various sizes were dwindling away and an announcement was made occasionally that they were out of one size or the other. We all had subs, the ends were overdone and charred and my girls wouldn't eat the burnt ends. I'm sure on any regular day it would have been better, the three that were there worked their buts off. I'm not sure any of Paducah was prepared for the mass of people that came.

I've had Italian Village since I was little. I've never had the kind of pizza I had last night. No cheese, the crust was so hard, I brought an ex large and a large. We couldn't even warm it back cause it made it harder. When I called to complain, the manager did nothing but said. I cooked it and I cooked it the way I've always cooked. Needless to say, I will not be eating there anymore. $38 for some pizza we couldn't hardly it.

Terrible food! No ingredients in the Stromboli. Too much seasoning and still costly. Never again for me.

I usually don’t care to leave reviews but I haven’t been to Italian village in YEARS! My boyfriend and I got two calzones and it was nothing but air?. I asked and was charged for extra cheese and it barely had cheese in it. Just terrible.
