Passing through the area on our way back from a roadtrip. Food was good and the people were friendly. I worry for the two people working that night though. Man and woman behind the counter had some kind of rift going on between the two of them. After we left and started driving away, the woman had a very large knife and was waving at the other guy who moved on the customer side of the counter. Hope they got whatever they needed to resolve, fixed.

1/22/24-Just came through and ordered two subs, they were made picture perfect. The two ladies who took care of me were super friendly and helpful, and even went above and beyond for me I felt with my extra requests, no arguing or being rude just great service! Will be coming back for more delicious sandwiches soon.

so we had been in Paducah this afternoon and decided to stop in at Jimmy John's on Hinkleville Rd (mall location) and grab 2 combos. I asked if tomatoes came on the sandwich I was ordering and was rudely told all sandwiches came with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. So I proceeded to order my sandwich no tomato no oregano/basil and no oil and vinegar we pay and wait on the sandwiches. I wanted tea so I got the ice and started to get the tea when it ran out and asked the girl if she had more tea when she rudely said no were out. Ok so she's not having a good day but no reason to have an attitude we get our sandwiches and head home to IL and we sat down to eat and my husbands wrap was nice and full and heavy my sandwich had no weight to it at all and when I opened it I saw why. I wish I could post pictures, my sandwich had no Mayo which was supposed to come on it, and was full of onions ( I did order extra cause usually there is like 2 onions total on the sandwich but it was excessive) next to no lettuce and a very thin layer of meat and cheese. Basically I paid $12 for a bread and onion sandwich and had to add Mayo when I got home. I was never going to go to this location again. I called the lone oak store and spoke to that manager and she apologized for the rude employee but that I could care less about I was more bothers over my bread and onion sandwich. I wasn't offered a refund or a free sandwich nothing was just told they would call that store to see what happened like the employee is going to say yea I was rude. So I will no longer spend my money at big John's when there is a plethora of other food options in that area.

The subs are absolutely delicious no doubt. I haven't been JJ's in quite a while due to my disgust of what the owner does as a sport. Hunting exotic animals should be a world ? crime with a heavy prison sentence. However my daughters wanted it so I caved. The club lulu was my go to before and it continued, perfect sub ??. I do like the fact they offer cheap versions of their subs if you just want meat and cheese. My youngest daughter only likes the meat, cheese, and bread so I enjoy a cheaper price lol ?. The kettle cooked jalapeño chips are very tasty, I highly recommend. I would like to see the subs a little bigger for their price.
