Ordered a combo so I could have chips and drink. Also ordered a pickle. Driver didn’t bring my drink to the door and I had to ask him for it. When I got inside with my food, there were NO chips. I called the store and they argued that it was either a pickle or chips…of course they weren’t wrong. How pathetic. $20 for a sub and a pickle and some argument with an employee.

I didn't order there today because my app somehow put the location on hinkleville road. I liked my JJ before but after getting service from the other location, I LOVE the one on Lone oak road. The sandwich artists here take the job seriously. No sloppy sandwiches, no skimping, and quality work. Thank you for being amazing. I now know how good I have it with you guys

Sandwiches were very bland in flavor Got charged incorrectly and now have a waiting period to make sure the void goes through in the account. They were cool with having to fix it but still,time wasted and my account won't be correct for a week.

Imo it's not the best of sandwich shops. I prefer roast beef sandwiches at any of the sandwich shops I've been to. However this place's roast beef tasted like roadkill to me. I got rid of the sandwich after just two bites. I won't go back there.
Jimmy John's is the best sandwiches 🥪 in town and their customers service is impeccable be sure to stop in and try their menu

Prefer vs subway but that's a personal preference not sure everyone would feel the same. Service and atmosphere is excellent if you go to the hinkleville road one. Blonde hair girl slightly rotund(best way I know to describe and still be polite) Jackson Street one not so much. Went there a few days ago and the lady literally put all the mayo lettuce etc in one spot in the middle of my sandwich and when I opened it there was a massive hole in the bread. And I got the new sandwich could only eat half of it bc of how she made it. I'm very disappointed if you don't like your job please don't take it out on me. These sandwiches aren't cheap. Like 12 to 13 dollars for an 8 inch.
