Prefer vs subway but that's a personal preference not sure everyone would feel the same. Service and atmosphere is excellent if you go to the hinkleville road one. Blonde hair girl slightly rotund(best way I know to describe and still be polite) Jackson Street one not so much. Went there a few days ago and the lady literally put all the mayo lettuce etc in one spot in the middle of my sandwich and when I opened it there was a massive hole in the bread. And I got the new sandwich...
Good food, but need more options on bread and cheese especially. My sandwiches were loaded with ingredients and condiments but, service was way slower than expected. Took almost 30 minutes for a pickup order. I'd say they are understaffed/overworked and was probably just a busy time (Monday evening between 7&8) & doing the best they could. Employees were polite and helpful.
Five people working and not a one knew what they were doing, couldn't get order right, got over charged, and they were all tripping over one another. I will not be back unless that Amber girl is working. Seems like only time stuff gets right is when she is there
