Unfortunately Jonathan's has taken a turn for the worst. They have implemented a special credit card transaction fee on all purchases. How tacky is that when you pay $20 for a salad and then you have to pay an additional special convenience fee because you pay by credit card. In this day and age who doesn't pay by credit or debit card? This is just absolutely tacky. Shame on them.

We loved spending time at Johnson Bar. The wait staff was very attentive and the ambiance was very relaxing. I told my husband we are in Bourbon Country we need to try it. I ordered the Fallen Angel and as discussing as it sounded I ordered it and loved it. The egg white on a burbon just sounded nasty.We also loved the angel wings that are pained on the wall outside the bar. We will be back.

Tabitha is the best bartender we’ve had down here. She made me an espresso martini that was amazing. And she was the greatest company. Came on a Monday night when it was slow and it was the most fun I’d had in downtown Paducah. Great bourbon selection too!
