Was driving through and looking for a good burger spot. This place had great reviews. It’s been a couple months since I’ve been there so I can’t really remember the burger specifically, which to me means it wasn’t memorial or anything great. But it also means it wasn’t horrible. I do remember the onion rings being super oily. They should probably set them on paper towels or something to get some of the oil soaked up before serving them. I ate a few and they were good other than the amount of oil I could feel entering my veins. So I didn’t finish those. Pricing was fair for the burgers. I thought it was strange tho that onion rings cost more than a cheeseburger. Makes me question the quality of the meat being used. I went inside to order cuz I didn’t realize there was a drive through. The place was very clean. There was a woman in the lobby cleaning up while I was there. There wasn’t really much for her to clean so she was doing a great job. The service was fast and friendly. All in all I was glad to have done but I don’t think I’d be back.

Their bacon double cheeseburger was one of the best hamburgers I've ever had, and the strawberry shake was excellent. I wasn't as fond of the mozzarella sticks. They were good, but there was something in their breading that just wasn't to my taste. Still, if you're tired of the garbage burgers served in most fast-food places and want an excellent hamburger, this is the place. I'm definitely coming back next time I drive through Paducah.

I love just hamburgers. But I don’t know that I have ever been treated so poorly by any establishment. I ordered a double hamburger combo just ketchup, mustard pickle. Paid $12.00 (reasonable cause they have good burgers). Pulled out. Didn’t look at my burger as I was driving pulled out of the wrapper, took one bite and realized it was wrong…. I think it was their special of the day. No one behind me, so I backed up. I was told no that’s what I ordered, nope nothing about that burger was appealing to me, I would have never ordered it. With attitude they made me a double burger, the way i ordered it and said i owed $5 more because I had “eaten” the other. Well I took one bite and realized it was wrong. No im not paying $5 more. I’m sorry you got my order wrong. I would have never ordered the other burger, because I can’t even eat cheese. And I’m not paying for your mistake. I will give another chance because I love them, but never again if I get treated so poorly.

The young lady who was the cashier today with shoulder length dark hair was just stellar! Not only was she prompt and courteous, she was funny and kind, and made all persons in line feel good! The food at JH is always great. I consistently recommend it to others. Our favorites to order are the cheeseburgers fries chicken strips and the ranch!!! While all this is great, I especially wanted to write a review on this wonderful woman who is an asset to your business! Keep her!!!

I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of the best burgers I’ve had. Quality doesn’t stop at the burgers here. The fries, onion rings and even the cookies are all delicious. Every time I come to Paducah this place has become a must stop!

Absolutely the best burger joint in western ky, the only reason this location gets a 4 on atmosphere over the original just hamburgers is it has a corporate feel to it and it's not representative of the folks that started JH Food is unmatched(BRING BACK THE RASPBERRY JAM JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE BURGER NOW!!!(Tombstone????)) Folks are super nice. Aside from my personal feelings of Dive feel over corporate feel, don't let it deter you, you've never had a burger in your life.
