Food was excellent,employees awesome as always but the manager was extremely rude for no reason all because of a rush and when you ask him for something it's like your bothering him.this is my favorite kfc around but needs a more professional manager.

We went through the drive-thru at this location, and Devin met us at the window. He was incredibly kind and friendly despite a slight barrier with my partner’s Swedish accent. We were so happy to have come across this location and Devin to check “having KFC in Kentucky” off his bucket list.

Was ordering at the drive thru. The guy at the window said 13 minutes before the chicken was done. I didn't have time so ask for a refund he was very rude and yelled at me. They have always messed up an order for me thought I woul give them another chance. Today done it. I won't be going back. SUCH RUDENESS. How can he keep his job being that rude ti people. He has been rude to a couple of my Co workers also

This KFC has always been solid for me. My last visit was a little late in the evening but I got treated well, the biscuits were hot and fresh tasting, and the chicken sandwich was good. The pick up experience was smooth.

The 2 workers I saw were great. The dining room was dirty. The floor was dirty, chairs away from the tables, food on the tables and you had to constantly swat flies away. The food was hot. My spicy wings and coleslaw was good. The wife had the Original Honey BBQ wings. They don't look like the commercial or billboard at the restaurant. They are dry with hardly any honey BBQ sauce. They were also spicy. Says original, not sure why they were spicy. We asked and they stated that they are suppose to be spicy. Just a heads up. See the picture attached of the store sign of a wing dripping with sauce and then look at what you get. Very disappointing...
