Just had my wife pick up a 12 family meal to bring home for supper . I thought it was a joke she was playing in me . The chicken looks likes is been laying on the counter for days . Terrible!!!!! We get chicken here after and it's not how it normally is but I can't believe they sent this out !!!!!

If you’re going to be a fast food business at least know when you’re running low on something and make more instead of having people wait 13-15 minutes for biscuits etc. just shows the lack of management in most businesses

This location is very hit and miss. I've received attitude from all but one employee there. I really want to like them and we come back but only because it's close to my house... Go to PopeyesAlso, their parking lot and drive thru speaker need some love. This location needs someone to invest some money and some attention to the small details that really make or break the dining experience.Parking: The parking lot really needs to be redone. Nearly impossible to drive thru without hitting 3 potholes.Dietary restrictions: You'll be lucky to get the right piece of chicken... Go to Popeyes

The chicken wasn't cooked all the way , the breading was white and gooey. They gave me slaw instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy I ordered. This was already a replacement meal from corporate because of an issue at the Lone Oak location. My family and I are done with KFC period. I feel bad for the sweet elderly woman who has to manage that lazy crew. If corporate can't manage these stores better then maybe it's time to close them down. The prices are ridiculous enough but at least care about the customer and their hard earned dollar.
