Don't understand why it takes 40 minutes to get your order in a drive thru when the food is already cooked. Couldn't even get my order right. Somebody needs to reorganize this restaurant.. Definitely won't be back.. Chicken had no flavor. Just tastes like a mouth full of old grease..

6iclovk at night and they was out of dark meat. The cashier counter was very sticky and also the floor was sticky. Ants was crawling on tables and the drink machine was not working properly. When we left I looked for the health dept sign and it was not posted.

I hadn't been to the one on southside Paducah in a few months so I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Polite person at counter, fresh food cooked to order and the restaurant itself was very clean.

It wasn't KFC, it was Taco Bell. We were the only 2 people in there and it took 15 mins to the $7 meal. Nothing was hot...but it was edible. I know I should have eaten KFC!!!
Ive never seen such rude, hateful employees in my life. The one lady, (shanna) was getting mad just for people walking in. Kfc owners... check your business, one person can cost you to loss a lot of money! Your adults do better. This is your job, you get paid for working!

We have always loved KFC. My husband went inside to order. The chicken tenders were hard, and so were the biscuits. The potatoes, gravy, and slaw was fine.

I had company coming to my house to eat. Drove from Livingston County to get the food for everyone. After I arrived at home, I realized that I didn’t get what I asked for. Drove back to kfc south side and after explaining my issue I was charged again for what I had originally ordered. I’m still furious about it. My wife and grandkids frequently patronize kfc south side but not anymore.
