Jackson Street Paducah is the worst food we have ever tasted!! First time it was horrible so we thought was just a mess up so we went again several months later. Still horrible. We love KFC and we have it probably 3-4 times a month but will never eat at Jackson Street again!!! When I brought it in to the family when they started to eat it they said ???? did I go to the Jackson Street KFC!!!!

stopped in for lunch about elevan AM for lunch. Ordered one 2piece meal extra crispy and one 2piece meal original. when food came both was crispy. Took one meal back8 and showed receipt she said well it would be a ten minutes wait. waited ten minutes went back up and got meal, no biscuits it would be about 15 min wait. Went back to table and tried to eat, chicken was awful , neither lunch tasted as if there was any spices, just flour breaded chicken. Both meals the chicken leg and thigh was very bloody from when was bruised and cooked, could not eat meal. Left and went somewhere else to eat. Never ever got my buiscuit. Will never go to this place again.

I have eaten at many Taco Bell locations for decades. When I got my food, I thought that it tasted funny (Crunchwrap burrito & hard shell taco deluxe) but ate it anyway because I was hungry. IT MADE ME SICK within 30 minutes of eating it!! I called the manager (Terrance) and he said he had been there since 9 am and nobody else had complained and he would need back food bag and receipt although I had thrown-up in the trash on it. HE HUNG UP ON ME! It was not a lot of money (although pricing has gone up significantly) but this was seriously bad food!!!

I love taco Bell and KFC but the people that are working at this place need to find different jobs....... 4 out of 4 times meal either wrong missing paid for items and no options on sauce on either menu and don't ask they literally get haste and partly mad and slam the window and with multiple items in a bad you get 2 packs of hot sauce and I'll pay for it but customer service is not at this place they don't even know what it is
We stopped by for dinner on our way home. Spent 50 dollars for a family meal. When we got home and opened the chicken bucket it was the bottom of the barrel chicken. 1 breast, 3 legs, 2 wings, 4 thighs that looked like they had been directed. Sides where ice cold and biscuits hard as a rock. We called 6 times and no one would take our calls. I have over 12 years in customer service/ quality control and I have ti say this was by far the worst example I have ever had. What really stinks is we love KFC chicken and this will probably be our last time making a purchase due to poor quality and service.

These people are incompetent as they come. Waited 30 minutes for chicken because they claimed to have ran out but I was watching there togo board for drive through and they were still serving them. It took 30 minutes to fry more chicken . I could have killed the bird plucked it and fried it by that time. They were rude and useless.

Paid $23+ for what should have been garbage at the KY Fry on Irvin Cobb Dr. In Paducah, KY. After ordering original chicken box was told at the drive thru that they only had thighs in original, and I responded the thighs would be okay. What I got was old, leftover chicken and it was not original. It was so leftover that it had shriveled and become too tough to chew, and I had to throw it away. I wonder if they pawn off their leftovers at the drive thru. I have no appetite to go back there.

I ordered on for dash cause I can't drive I've had a recent stroke I only called to ask what size tea did I get with my order I know my speech is not that great but the person that answered wa so rude I cried I'm still crying why would someone be so mean?
