I went to KFC in lone oak and when I arrived I was meet with a friendly voice over the drive thru speaker. Most of the time when I go through a drive thru I feel as if I'm being rushed and I did not get that at all. The women was very polite and patient as I struggled to figure out what everybody wanted. When I pulled to the window after placing my order the women at the window was super nice. My food was fresh and the service was amazing. If you want fast friendly service with good chicken I highly recommend KFC in lone oak. Keep up the good work Alexis your doing a great job.

Another messed up order. $29.64, only item correct was the $5 bowl, rest went into the trash. Tried calling store for 18 minutes, no answer on phone. Dark meat, we hate, instead of white meat we ordered. Nasty gravy all over potatoes when we clearly stated no gravy. 20 minutes drive one way, not worth trip taking it back. Cashier name was Martee, at Lone Oak KFC 2/7/2025. I sent message of complaint to corporate office. Wasted money and time. Not first time this has happened with the order wrong.

I’ve left out the face of the worker for their safety but please for the sake of your own health, dine at another location. Workers with no food sanitation barriers will willingly prepare your food with winter gloves on instead. Highly unacceptable.

Clean seating area, not so clean restrooms. Waited 10 in for food, no other customers inside at this time.
It's not the cleanest place , but the service was good the food was good . The bathrooms now they could use a good scrubbing. There's not bugs just dirty . . . I'd go back again .

The KFC had an A rating from the Inspection posted on the door and the service did not disappoint. The staff was polite the establishment was clean with World Famous Fried Chicken in the air . 5
