My wife just ordered an 8 piece chicken bucket. She got home and it was 5 thighs, 4 legs, 2 wings, 0 breasts! It was just a bunch of leftover dark meat garbage. The mashed potatoes were runny. They gave us 6 biscuits. In their defense it was in a bucket, but they messed up everything else. It literally looked like, what I imagine a KFC garbage can looks like at the end of the night. GROSS STAY AWAY!!! $30.20! I am thinking of contesting the charge on my credit card.

Jackson Street KFC is the worst I've ever saw . We love KFC but Jackson Street in Paducah stay clear of . Terrible is a understatement. Dirty ???? workers nasty food !!!!

We stopped there to try the grilled chicken. We ordered 8 pieces with two sides. 30 dollars???? Damn! Ok. They parked us to wait on our food. An employee came to our vehicle. He wasn't sure about the order. He went to another vehicle, then came back and handed us a bag. We left. I opened the bag and found fries and chicken tenders. I then checked the bucket. It had regular fried chicken. The sides were half right; we ordered corn and mashed potatoes. We got potatoes and Mac and cheese. To spend that kind of money for that little bit of food, then have the order screwed up is beyond my limit. We are done with KFC. Food Giant has good fried chicken a lot cheaper.

What a terrible disappointment for over $30! My wife and I picked up 8 piece grilled chicken meal with sweet corn, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. The corn was obviously from a can and zero flavor, and somehow forgot maybe butter on the biscuits? They were just balls of dough with no flavor. The potatoes were lackluster as well. The chicken was good, but tiny, and for the amount of money we spent, this meal was pathetic.

Went around 9 to grab a quick sandwich and hadn't had KFC for a while, it was on the way home...wish I had read the reviews cause i just wasted $12. I got a chicken sandwich and they were "out of fries" probly cause they didn't want to cook any, mashed potatoes were extra runny, like soup. But the chicken sandwich was absolutely unedible. I mean physically inedible. Harder than a rock, drier than any chicken should ever be. I couldn't bite through the "breading" to eat any of it, and i'm not exaggerating. Threw the whole bag in the trash....$12 right in the trash. I don't see how they're still open. It's a joke, and I hate saying that about KFC, but it really is......

Haven’t been to KFC in years and had a craving for it. Wife’s strip box, was not cooked good and breading tasted different. My bowl was good except the nuggets were large like strips and did not taste good. It was 63 degree in dining area and was told it was broke. It was a very cold day.

This is the nastiest place I've been too! I walked in and go to bathroom to wash hands, as soon. As I opened the door it was the worst site! The woman's bathroom toilet was covered in feces???? That was the worst of it. But there was plenty more to add to the list? My husband looked at my face and we just walked out. Crazy nasty place!!!! Do better people!

They made our food fresh. We ate here at a time when lunch rush was well past over. The staff were extremely friendly, and our wait for our order wasn't as long at they made it sound like it would be.The only thing we had issues with was the traffic in and out of the spot. And they can not control that.P.s. We came to this spot only because we're on a trip, passing through, and wanted to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken IN Kentucky. ?
