They need a new manager or train this lady how to deal with customers and complaints she comes out yelling at me as a paying customer the owners need to take control of this business before it closes for good it has went downhill hire better employees so customers will have a better experience in this place I know it's hard to find good help but newer employees would be better than they have now the owners need to get stricter so this business is a success just like it used to be Max and Sterling would be very disappointed do better get better if you employees don't like your job for God's sake find another job you like don't take it out on the customers BBB will hear from me

Kountry Kastle is a laid-back, casual place that’s great for kicking back with friends and grabbing a cold pitcher of beer. I ordered the jalapeño poppers—always a favorite of mine—and they didn’t disappoint. Crispy, cheesy, and just the right kick.
I also tried the chuck wagon sandwich, which was just okay for me—not really my thing, but not bad either. Still, the relaxed vibe and friendly atmosphere make this a solid local spot to unwind and enjoy some comfort food

It's definitely a different experience dining in. We ordered chili dogs and fried mushrooms. Our dogs came wrapped in paper and served without any dishes or silverware. And the dog was cut to lay flat in a hoagie bun with a slice of american cheese. Very, I mean, very little chilli was on it. Needless to say, the chilli was pretty good. Like all the other reviews, it's definitely bar food. Nothing special here.

on the way in we saw a bunch of people huddled in the parking lot smoking cigarettes. no one greeted us when we walked in. the sign said seat yourself so we did. sat ourselves for ten full minutes (which you can time on the giant clock above the door) and nobody came to the table. no drink order was taken. no food order was taken. we left without being acknowledged by anybody and when we drove through the parking lot that same group of people (wearing aprons) were still out there. hope the smoke was good and worth the lost revenue.

So many things on their menu and you will NOT BELIEVE the prices!! How do they stay open?? This place has been around for a long time and I am told it is a mainstay of Paducah! I was visiting a family member and he insisted I must experience it. Great place…And I’m not kidding when I said they have an extensive menu. From appetizers to seafood, burgers to home cooking favorites, hot dogs, wings and beer…it’s all there! Large yet comfy atmosphere and very friendly people. And did I mention how incredibly reasonable their prices are?? Go check it out! You won’t be sorry.

They need to go to Memphis or any where else in the South and learn what BBQ is. IT IS NOT Boston Butt roasted in an oven. It was absolutely the worst BBQ including the sauce I ever had. The only redeeming part was the service.
