Food was cold and took forever to get.
Decided on eating at the Kastle tonight for dinner since we hadn't had it in awhile...remembered why too. Our waitress wasn't very friendly and she forgot half my order, reminded her of what missing and I still didn't get it all. I went to order the southwest melt and was told they didn't have it anymore even tho it's still on the menu so I went for the frisco instead and was not impressed. I also ordered a small fried mushroom and a small nacho grande but she brought out the large options. The nacho grande came with several toppings but I only got jalapenos and cheese. The fried mushrooms were the only thing that was good.
Husband ordered the black angus burger with jalapeno poppers on the side and he wasn't happy with the burger but the poppers were good. Also took 20 mins for a drink refill.
I don't know what has happened to this place but it has definitely gone downhill. We won't be back, sorry.

Our favorite place to take out of town friends. Many food choices. I enjoy catfish, onion rings and Pulled Pork Salad. My friends enjoyed ribs, baked beans and fried mushrooms. Cold beer. Great music on the juke box.

The wings were amazing. We were visiting powersports of America and they recommended yalls wings. They did not disappoint. The service was great just the waitress was a little dry and it was dark like a bar which it was. With the name I just wasn't expecting it.

My wife and I just moved here from Texas and we love the food and the waitresses are amazing but we came in tonight and I placed an order because the kitchen NEVER answers the phone and we were just informed they take the phone off of the hook if they get a little busy but we placed our order which was two salads waited 30 mins came back in to pay just to be told they didn’t have salads at 8 o’clock but one of the waitresses went and found everything to make the salads and made them for us her self which was amazing . Brittany and Kaylea were amazing waitresses and super nice to me and my wife and ultimately got us our food that we ordered but the managers obviously let the kitchen workers get by with this and on our way out we were stopped by a customer of over 30 years and said he was about done with this place and the original owners would be absolutely disappointed in the current owners so YALL GOT TO DO BETTER BECAUSE YALL are ABOUT TO LOSE A STAPLE of this COMMUNITY ANd IS GONNA ALL BE BECAUSE YOu HAVE NO MORALS OR STANDARDS DO BETTER BECAUSE IM STARTING TO THINK YOU DONT REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE

They need a new manager or train this lady how to deal with customers and complaints she comes out yelling at me as a paying customer the owners need to take control of this business before it closes for good it has went downhill hire better employees so customers will have a better experience in this place I know it's hard to find good help but newer employees would be better than they have now the owners need to get stricter so this business is a success just like it used to be Max and Sterling would be very disappointed do better get better if you employees don't like your job for God's sake find another job you like don't take it out on the customers BBB will hear from me
Kountry Kastle is a laid-back, casual place that’s great for kicking back with friends and grabbing a cold pitcher of beer. I ordered the jalapeño poppers—always a favorite of mine—and they didn’t disappoint. Crispy, cheesy, and just the right kick.
I also tried the chuck wagon sandwich, which was just okay for me—not really my thing, but not bad either. Still, the relaxed vibe and friendly atmosphere make this a solid local spot to unwind and enjoy some comfort food
Great food, great service, great prices. Remains a favorite for over 30 years. My mom, daughter and I always look forward to a trip to Paduxah when we know we'll be stopping at the Kastle to eat.
Apparently not allowed to bring attention to things that may or may not be right with an order. The night crew has went down with operations after ownership and management shiftes when Tammie retired. Would appreciate owner contacting concerning accusations that I have witnesses to that did NOT occur and were not said. I spoke with them before and 2 occurrences before on food not tasting right was when refrigerator had broken down. Recently asked for a Hoagie without pepper 🌶 and server even had marked that way but still came out with on. I can't eat hot or burnt things. Took awhile to get replacement and by then my group was ready to go. Then another occurrence on an order where I asked to talk to someone about. Manager came out of kitchen ready to come at me for wanting to talk to them and got very aggressive and snappy regarding. Which is why I request owner to please let me know when a good time to talk to. Thanks in advance. I had been a regular customer since 2005.

So my husband and I ate here today and all I can say is I want the old Kountry Kastle back. Our last visit was not the best but decided to try again today and it was worse than the last visit here. My husband ordered a burger and mushrooms and his was fine I ordered the Philly ribeye sandwich and I had 4 pieces of peppers and maybe 1 piece of onion and next to no meat and it was all cold. So I caught the waitress and let her know it was all cold and to just switch me to the same burger my husband had. I went and ate my cauliflower with cheese and got to the last few bigger pieces and they were ice cold and still tasted like they were frozen ( thank God we ordered the nachos and cheese). I waited about 10 minutes and still no burger so when she refilled my drink I asked if the burger was coming out soon and all I got was it takes longer to cook and if I wanted more tea. I ended up getting a half a glass of tea so between the cold food half a glass of tea and a burger that has taken more than 10 minutes to come out we walked to the front and checked out. At this point our server would have gotten a tip HOWEVER when she brought our ticket and finally my burger as we were leaving copped an attitude after I said to take it off I no longer want the burger. So walked back to the end of the bar and screamed loudly “she doesn’t want the burger anymore” where everyone up front could hear her. So I responded by loudly as saying “if my first sandwich wasn’t served to me cold I wouldn’t have needed the burger”. I have never been treated so horrible here and I will not go back for as much as they charge for their food the least they could do is serve it cooked and hot not cold and raw So needless to say she did NOT get tipped and I will never step foot in this place again. Years ago I ate here every single Friday night with friends when Tammy was running it and idk who runs it now I but this was my last time going here for sure.
It's definitely a different experience dining in. We ordered chili dogs and fried mushrooms. Our dogs came wrapped in paper and served without any dishes or silverware. And the dog was cut to lay flat in a hoagie bun with a slice of american cheese. Very, I mean, very little chilli was on it. Needless to say, the chilli was pretty good. Like all the other reviews, it's definitely bar food. Nothing special here.
