Lady at the bar was great. Cooks and people in the back not so much. Waited forever for the food to begin with, and then waited even longer for an order of fries they forgot to add. Asked about it again, and heard a cook yelling in the back about how someone could shut the f up. On top of the phones never working properly. Super disappointing

Food is decent. Wait times for takeout are very long even on weekdays, and by far their biggest issue is not having a working phone. Shouldn’t be a thing for a place that does that kind of business. No way to place a to go order, other than driving there and placing it inside store then waiting half an hour plus.came back to drop to one star after they forgot a fry and took 15 minutes to give it up. Food quality is not remotely worth the wait. Won’t be back anytime soon

This is the place for ultimate comfort food. The large chili cheese dog is one of our go-tos! No one else around makes it like they do! We also get nachos, corn nuggets, a mutton sandwich, and fries. This is the place to come if you are wanting a casual, kinda loud, sometimes unruly, but other times an all around American family restaurant. There are so many items on the menu, but we always tend to get the same things. Also, we always forget to take pictures, but will take some the next time we go and update this post later.

I didn't pick up order. We had the shrimp basket and a pound of the barbecue with mozzarella cheese sticks. Quick, courteous, and an overall good experience except!After the second sandwich barbecue we encountered about a 5-inch long hair within embedded within the pork. I would love to be able to review a five-star across the board rating. But I just can't do it considering this unfortunate find. Saying that I will return to the kountry kastle because we believe in second. I also believe this is the isolated unfortunate incident. I would like to add that they will compensate me with another pound of the pork upon our return in the future. No questions asked and they were deeply apologetic.Parking: The parking here is somewhat limited because the place stays jam packed. Are car seats real low to the ground and there's potholes all over the place so if you drive a low setting car I recommend parking in the upper part of the spaces. We had a few minor issues with this pickup.

I was fairly hungry, so i ordered 4-piece chicken fingers with fries and baked beans. The food was decent, and the price was reasonable. The atmosphere was blah, but the amount of food was literally overwhelming. With a little money, it simply is just not possible to leave this place hungry.Parking: Parking was not the best conditions because of gravel and rain.

The food is excellent,the prices are fair,the staff is extremely nice..The only problem I have with it and I've been there several times.THEY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB AT KEEPING THE BATHROOM CLEANED!!!
