This is a good Kroger. I stopped by yesterday afternoon (a Friday in June). It was kinda busy but not too bad. They have plenty of options for groceries and other items. They have plenty of regular checkout lanes and self checkout. The employee at the self was helpful and nice and helped me scan my bigger items. They also had some pretty flowers out front. Kroger Southside has the most friendly and courteous people in the online order department. I am there all of the time and I've seen several different faces that bring out my groceries. They all do a great job and I appreciate them. I just wanted to pass that information along.

Dirty, outdated and smells bad sometimes. Employees are very nice and do the best with what they have is why it's two stars and not one. Lots of expired food.

The other day I had to make a trip to Kroger for several items. As usual I came out with more than I needed. This store seems to always be short cashiers(they have jobs for hire listed, but no one wants to work) one young cashier stood out. This young man was so friendly and helpful. He was very professional and answered all my questions as well as helped me with a difficult transaction. Thank you Aries you made my Day!!!!

I have never seen a store go down so bad. The store conditions are horrible and is not because of COVID. I have watching this happen for months now. Why is upper management letting this happen? Is nobody visiting this store and seeing the deplorable conditions. This store needs an emergency team in it immediately dealing with this situation. Come on Kroger you are better than this

I just picked up my turkey dinner from. Store I'm so disappointed....I could have walked through and picked up everything they put in my pickup box... Swason pre-cooked turkey 12# Country town dressing 1# Gravy 2 cups $51.00 Turkey half frozen...that's was just ok looking wrap in foil warm in oven...but not at all what I was expecting. Dressing 1# is about enough to feed 3 people Or 2 hungry people Gravy cloudy unappealing looking and the boiled eggs could be used for tennis ball I could go on and on Best to say....NEVER AGAIN !

Kroger not offering right checks. "Pandemic " is used as excuse. You care about my health but want me to bring myself in everyday looking for sale products you have no plan to restock. Very classy.

Good food. Great people. The nightly cart races in the parking lot against the Lowe's team is awesome. I usually get two hotdogs and pitcher of lemonade from the concession stand.
