We ended up at Logan's Roadhouse because our first choice was a 30-minute wait just to see two people. I'm glad we ended up where we did. Our steaks were cooked just right. The only downside was that my wife ordered green beans and she said it was nothing fancy then just Dollar General green beans, straight out of a can. The men's bathroom could have been cleaner.

Food was not done sent it back waited and waited for corrected problem with the food manager actually had re cooked food in his hand until we said to remove off of the bill so he turned around and I guess took the food to the trash or who knows maybe they served it to someone else, waiter was horrible as well running around like a chicken with its head cut off and literally dropped the receipt on the table and turned and walked away the whole experience HORRIBLE I could say a WHOLE lot more but I just won't oh by the way tha MANAGER gave us cards for appetizers the next time well there won't be a next time for me unprofessional as I have ever seen

The steak was good as usual, but the rolls were over cooked and we asked for thousand island dressing and they brought us a homemade version that set my mouth on fire . The waitress seemed occupied with some old friends from high school she hadn't seen in years. How I know this is they were talking so loud and cutting up I'm sure half the restaurant knew all their business . If I'm in the area again I'll probably stop and give them another shot . I hadn't had this problem with anymore of the Logan's we've visited before.

Just starting with the appetizers I would have given a negative score. We ordered the mushrooms and so did the booth next to us. We had the same waitress. She asked them if they were going to eat or take them home in a box. The gentleman said no they are too greasy. Our waitress said when it comes to fried food, it's really good or greasy. We got our order of mushrooms ... and nothing to drain the oil off them and each one was sitting in its own pool of oil. I tried to blot them off with a napkin but it was too late. They were soggy from sitting in oil. My husband's steak was perfectly cooked and very tender. I chose the salmon and it too was perfectly cooked. I asked for some dill butter, the waitress said that it had been discontinued for 5-6 months. Well that is why I choose Logan's for our anniversary. If I want salmon, we will not come back to Logan's end of story. Waitress was busy talking to a guy at the booth next to us, then would rush back by and speak quickly and run to her next table. The Mango margarita with tajin was a 5 out of 5 stars!

So I just left Logan’s Roadhouse and I must say, the chili might have been good if it wasn’t cold!! I had been looking forward to it all day too. On another note, I am a good tipper. I always tip no less than 20% usually more if service is good. Our bill was $21.37 I gave $40 and was waiting for my change. I got $18 dollars back. No change!! I did not give permission to keep the change. That was stealing in my book. 63 cents yes but still stealing. Not cool Logan’s!!

I was calling the store around 9:20pm on Sunday Nov the 17th to place a simple one item order (spin dip) and the employee (Jennifer) placed me on hold which was ok. I let the hold stick for around 4-5 mins then hung up. I called back and the phone was picked up I heard talking then was hung up on. This continued for 10-15 mins straight where they either picked up and hung up or straight didn't answer at all. Then again I called one last time after giving a minute or two after that with still mind you 15 mins left til close. And Jennifer picked up again. I told her that I would like to place a single item order and she immediately just hung up with out saying one word. Then I proceeded to try and call back one more time and the phone continued to ring after that. I am a loyal customer or WAS a loyal customer and did not do anything to deserve to get treated like that. I even stated I was getting a single item to her.
Came here for lunch for my veterans meal. John was very friendly and on top of things. The food was amazing. No waiting to get seated and hostess was very friendly. The choices were nice.

It took over 20 minutes to get waited on and get drinks. All of the servers were in a group laughing and talking. We got up to leave and finally was waited on. We didn't receive any drink refills, the servers were busy talking again. and it took a long time to get our order. Food was not that good. We won't be back.
