Drive thru...no matter what time they cook in bulk. Which means you never get fresh hot food. And you go back with your receipt to get fresh food ,you get the same bulk cooked food that has been sitting under that heating light. Dry, old and nasty. This used to be my favorite fish spot but since 2023 the food has been terrible and going back to be compensated puts you in the same predicament. Go to Captain D's but at times they are no better. Go to Parkers!

I am delighted to give the young man a 5 star review working the drive thru tonight April 30th. I wish I had thought to ask his name. My card would not scan for reasons unknown and I had no cash but this young man took care of us and we got a lovely dinner. Thank you for your kindness!

On April 22nd I had a late lunch about 3pm. The restaurant was very slow at the time. The food was good, hot and ready pretty fast. The people that I interacted with were nice but the dining area was a disaster. The counter at the drink area and where you get your utensils was very dirty, soda everywhere, paper from the straws, napkins, etc. Then in the dining room there were about 20 tables or so and maybe 6 were clean. Some tables you couldn't sit at because the booth seats were in such bad repair, with the cushion filling missing and most of the seat ripped open. When I was ordering, someone came up to the counter and told staff that they spilled their drink. I was called up for my food, ate and when I left there still wasn't anyone out to clean up the spill.
There is no way that the store manager or regional manager are doing their job because if they were the store would be clean, the seats would be replaced and the staff wouldn't allow the restaurant to be so dirty. This location has potential but lacks management.

I wanted to take the time to brag on Caleb which is the general manager at the Paducah location because he literally goes overboard to be nice and we actually were missing some shrimp from our meal and he had us come back up there and not only made it right but way over what was even expected.
Food was excellent 👌 hot ...oh my goodness 😳 great place to eat at.....

This place has really stepped up their game recently. The food is always fresh, the staff is extra friendly and welcoming. Glad to have them in the neighborhood, and that says a lot for a fast food chain!

We went and they were out of everything... no chicken, no shrimp... no root beer!! Normally this is a good place to eat though
We were pretty puzzled by why they didn't just close down until they got supplies! We went in and went to order, they only had coconut shrimp, no slaw, no beans, no corn, they had a sign at the register mentioning this. Okay, fine. Went to order a cheese burger because my wife did not want coconut shrimp, and the lady says we don't have any cheese or buns, so we did not stay to sample what little they had. There was no sign posted about cheese and buns. Very limited ordering options and kept saying truck will be in Tuesday I believe it was. But why in the world remain open with very limited options?? I'm by no means a business owner, but yikes, I think I would have closed until I had more options for food choices. I will give it a try again, but I'll likely call before going to make sure they have what I want in stock.
