This place has always been disgusting. I layer of grease on the floor at all times and the wet floor sign is always out to cover their potential lawsuit. The only reason I come here, is because I love the chicken. Glad it's deep fried, because I'm fairly certain what roams around when the lights go off.

I really enjoyed dinner here! The food was good, love the options available, the root beer is served in chilled glass mugs and the decor is so fun! Yes, it took a little while to get our food, but that just meant more time to talk to my daughter. 🥰 She got the A&W corn dog nuggets, I got the Long John’s fish and coleslaw 😋 . I will definitely be returning!

I went through the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of me waiting to give their order. We waited in line for over 20 minutes to just get to the mic. As soon as I pulled up on was told to hold on. When I finally ordered, at the window I was told one of my sides was still in the microwave and was asked if I wanted something different. I was ok with that. I was also told that there were only 2 people working. Finally I get my order and drive back to work. Well guess what, half my food was missing and the food i did receive was old and cold. I tried calling the restaurant for it to ring 100 times with no answer. I left a message but highly doubt I will get a call back. I know I should've checked my order before leaving but it's not my job responsibility to ensure the customers get quality food and their food! Plus the food is pretty expensive. Won't be going back ever!

After walking in my husband & I noticed all the trash can were full to the point of over flowing, then we wait in line for 5 minutes while the woman behind the counter was having a fun filled conversation with the woman in front of us to the point another employee had to direct her that their was customers in line waiting, she then proceeded to keep talking with the woman and then when gave a funny look she yelled and asked for someone to come take our orders!!! We didn't even order We walked out!!!!!!!!

Drive thru...no matter what time they cook in bulk. Which means you never get fresh hot food. And you go back with your receipt to get fresh food ,you get the same bulk cooked food that has been sitting under that heating light. Dry, old and nasty. This used to be my favorite fish spot but since 2023 the food has been terrible and going back to be compensated puts you in the same predicament. Go to Captain D's but at times they are no better. Go to Parkers!
