Great dinner- great food and atmosphere and perfect service provided by Keila B, who was perfect- was friendly, took our order perfectly, explained any questions we had, checked to be sure our food was what we wanted, provided us with go boxes for leftovers and a secure bag for our leftover wine, bill was exactly what it should have been. When you have a perfect wait person they should be praised. You should ask for her on your next visit to Longhorn Paducah.

I had to put out this review concerning yesterday’s experience, it was “ Awful “ 👎🏻 I will NEVER BE BACK!!!!
We were finally acknowledged after sitting there for about 15 minutes. The bartender / server whose name is Taylor had a total of 3 people when we first sat down. 1 guy already being taken care of and finished within the 15 minutes that we sat down. The other two left and in walks a couple so then it was just my husband and I with that other couple actually sitting at the bar. This bartender keeps talking with this couple for long periods of time.. not doing anything but trying to make herself look super busy ( which she was not) we ordered our drinks.. received those and we put our order in right then and there. Our steaks came back not cooked as we asked.. our potatoes were so cold the butter would not melt. Our steaks were taken back to get redone.
By then I took a bite of my potato. We immediately got the manager involved. Don’t like to be that way however the service from Taylor was already bad enough. Never refilled drinks. She would disappear .. never checked on us. The manager ( Brandon ) had our order redone to which the steaks we originally ordered shrank in size for what we paid for them. He forgot our asparagus to which we said was fine anyway as it was not cooked properly to begin with.
I went up to pay the manager instead of dealing with crappy customer service from this server / bartender. I watched her walk up to my husband at the table and she was furious that I was paying for our meal with her manager that she rudely told my husband that her manager could clean up our table and stormed off 😵😵 I have never in my life seen such rudeness. Needless to say NO tip for Taylor. Our steaks were good in the end and potatoes were warm as should be however the lack of respect or common courtesy from a worker at a restaurant is highly unacceptable especially when her behavior was unwarranted.
Do better Taylor or find yourself a new job outside of customer service!!!! I would highly recommend not having this one as your server if you want great customer service and want to be treated respectfully. But after going through and reading these reviews it does not look like this worker is reprimanded at all for her actions. If managers do not deal with their employees and know how to handle them and the situation perhaps they are not fit to be a manger.
Total flop!!!!
We will continue to go to Strickland’s in Paducah .. just thought we would try Longhorn. After all the steaks are much better at Strickland’s. The customer service is ALWAYS the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
For those that have not been to Strickland’s you should try this restaurant out.. ask for Zach you will not be disappointed with his excellence in customer service.

Steak was cooked perfectly. The chicken Parmesan and baby back ribs were phenomenal. And I definitely recommend the peach sangria!! Our waitress was awesome even though the place was packed. Thank you for a great dinner!!

I was in the Longhorn in Paducah, Kentucky, my waiter was Taylor. She was very nice brought all of our food C in a timely manner and another server. Her name was Ashley. She was very nice and gave us anything that we needed. I will definitely come again. Thangyaaa

The only good thing about this experience were the drinks had from the bar and our server was nice and super sweet.... Food came out way before we received appetizers. Chopped steak was ordered med well , came out med rare outside was burnt.it actually looked like raw hamburger meat, instead of the manager coming to check on us and fix the problem, he yelled at the server and the went on to say that it was a medium ordered steak, never introduced himself or checked to see how we felt , he just said we'll take it off or make u another one... His rudeness and energy really made it An uncomfortable experience and poor representation of a place I love to frequent. As we walked out, 3 other tables were complaining about there experience also... We all felt as if we should have just stayed home... This took place 12/7/2025... Fix it upline!!!!

First time eating at a LongHorn and I'm surprised at how affordable the lunch combo meal was...7 pepper steak salad with French onion soup, plus tip, for $15. And had plenty leftover too!
