When we are traveling cross country get into an area where McAlister's are available. We love to stop and eat. We especially love the salads. Being Northerners we're happy that they have unsweetened iced tea. This place is clean.

After 49 minutes still no food. Told twice our order was up next. We had enough an asked for money back ,that took 6 minutes. Insincerity offered 2 free meals. Too little too late. Will never be back.

These sandwiches are good, a little pricey but good. The only issue I have is the customer service. Everytime we go the register ladies are always mad, like they don't want to be their and kinda rude. They need to be a little more welcoming.

Visited from out of State choosing this sandwich restaurant based on past Google reviews and the classic sandwich selections available. We ordered the BLT A and a Club Sandwich to go. Both were good and hearty. Each was $14.99. However there was a bit of a wait to get our orders, nearly 18 minutes. The restaurant inside was very clean, laid back and the staff were friendly. There are booths available and we were surprised by the abundance of seating is open. We would recommend this place over other local sandwich spots in Paducah.

Do not come on Sunday. Everyone from a 3 county radius shows up. Likely the Sunday post-church-service crowd. Be prepared for an hour wait for food. Food is great though. Staff is friendly but not equipped for the rush.

This place used to be really good, but apparently no one there wants to do their job. My friend went to pick up our order a few weeks ago and the staff complained to him about how much they hate making his sandwich. He went and picked up another order today and they made both of our sandwiches with none of the customizations we paid for. AND he tipped.
Over the past few years, there has been a lot of forgotten items, wilted romaine AND the roots, no salad dressing at all with the salad, etc., but with this order it seems intentional and passive aggressive.
