This place used to be really good, but apparently no one there wants to do their job. My friend went to pick up our order a few weeks ago and the staff complained to him about how much they hate making his sandwich. He went and picked up another order today and they made both of our sandwiches with none of the customizations we paid for. AND he tipped.
Over the past few years, there has been a lot of forgotten items, wilted romaine AND the roots, no salad dressing at all with the salad, etc., but with this order it seems intentional and passive aggressive.

The last 3 times in a row that i ordered delivery, i have got something wrong delivered. First two times I order a sweet tea and got unsweet tea. This time I ordered a jalapeño turkey crunch and got a BLT with avocado with a whole different persons name on the sandwich

So the food here is alright. I like the sandwiches, but the soups miss the mark for me. There is a long wait time and they are slow to clear tables. Some of the staff are nice,however I sometimes feel forgotten. I've been here about a half dozen times and have always had to wait a longer than average time for my order.

So, you may be wondering why I gave it 5 stars for Food Service and Atmosphere but only 3 overall. The facility was clean, and the food was good. Everyone seemed very well spirited. But I learned today that if you leave a tip with your card the staff does not get it. All of that tip money goes to corporate. This is a terrible thing to do to the people who are there making your business successful. Give them what was meant for them in the first place. No one who walks through the door anticipates the staff won't be receiving the gratuities because of corporate greed.

Three of us, no one liked their meal. The potato’s are over baked and crunchy, my Mac and cheese literally looked congealed and grey. The croissant on my sandwich was super stale. The last time I ate at a McAllister was in Oxford and that experience was great. I don’t understand the disconnect. Will not eat here again.

Said to the waitress we want a chicken salad sandwich three times, when the order came 20 minutes later it was a regular salad with chicken in it, not what we ordered, if was not that good, this was my first and last time to go to McAlisters, better places to eat than there.
They have awesome and wholesome food that is affordable. Great for a quick lunch!

We were on the road headed towards Florida stop the pickup a sandwich and two soups ask the guy three times if there was crackers and spoons in the bag and you said yes so we went on our way The sandwich was soaking wet the rye bread because of the pickle wasn't wrapped and it was just laid on top of the bread and no crackers no spoons after asking three times sad stay clear.

This place is the WORST with to go orders. Multiple time I have ordered at this location. EVERY single time something is missing. This time my soup is all liquid, no chicken, no veggies, no noodles just broth. I get a spud with 1 small butter, no sour cream at all, when we asked for extra everything. Salad with no dressing at all, you heard that no dressing at all. I mean who can eat a dry salad and enjoy it? I've called several times to let them know, all I get is can you come back to the store, when you take a 30 min lunch to go pick up the order, then they expect me to come all the way back to go over on my lunch when they are the ones who made a inconvience.... last time they took my name and number down to the "manager" to call back, that was 5 months ago and I'm still waiting on that call haha that will never happen. No silverware. But yet you check all the orders before you put it on the to go wall..... YALL NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME!
