We were on the road headed towards Florida stop the pickup a sandwich and two soups ask the guy three times if there was crackers and spoons in the bag and you said yes so we went on our way The sandwich was soaking wet the rye bread because of the pickle wasn't wrapped and it was just laid on top of the bread and no crackers no spoons after asking three times sad stay clear.

This place is the WORST with to go orders. Multiple time I have ordered at this location. EVERY single time something is missing. This time my soup is all liquid, no chicken, no veggies, no noodles just broth. I get a spud with 1 small butter, no sour cream at all, when we asked for extra everything. Salad with no dressing at all, you heard that no dressing at all. I mean who can eat a dry salad and enjoy it? I've called several times to let them know, all I get is can you come back to the store, when you take a 30 min lunch to go pick up the order, then they expect me to come all the way back to go over on my lunch when they are the ones who made a inconvience.... last time they took my name and number down to the "manager" to call back, that was 5 months ago and I'm still waiting on that call haha that will never happen. No silverware. But yet you check all the orders before you put it on the to go wall..... YALL NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME!
Ordered online 15 min before arrival. Walked in it there was 3 customers there and took 40 min to get food. May be understaffed but for a sandwich that is too long of a wait. The building was clean though,

Why in the world does it cost $40 for a family to eat here? Firehouse down the street has better sandwiches and prices. Texas Roadhouse is about $35-$40 minus the tip. The tea is far from good these days. Chickfila’s tea is consistently sweet and better. This place used to be amazing all around. I won’t say anything bad about the employees as they did a great job. Yes, prices are outrageous everywhere but McAlisters isn’t making sandwiches worth $10.

We had a very large group come in to eat on a road trip. Despite the huge influx of people, the staff was quick to make our food, made sure everyone had the correct items and handled everything very efficiently.
