The last 3 times in a row that i ordered delivery, i have got something wrong delivered. First two times I order a sweet tea and got unsweet tea. This time I ordered a jalapeño turkey crunch and got a BLT with avocado with a whole different persons name on the sandwich

So the food here is alright. I like the sandwiches, but the soups miss the mark for me. There is a long wait time and they are slow to clear tables. Some of the staff are nice,however I sometimes feel forgotten. I've been here about a half dozen times and have always had to wait a longer than average time for my order.

So, you may be wondering why I gave it 5 stars for Food Service and Atmosphere but only 3 overall. The facility was clean, and the food was good. Everyone seemed very well spirited. But I learned today that if you leave a tip with your card the staff does not get it. All of that tip money goes to corporate. This is a terrible thing to do to the people who are there making your business successful. Give them what was meant for them in the first place. No one who walks through the...
